Finally ordered our rings on Friday, they should be here by the end of the week. One thing down, 10 million to go :rotfl:76 days to go :eek:

Well, I think I'm doing ok (again!). Still got around 25 place card holders to make, they kill your fingers though.....what do you think?

The name is printed onto ivory card which goes on the seat of the chair.

New bridesmaid dress being made, hoping her shoes will still be ok! Invites going out next weekend....better late than never!:T

That is beautiful, you must be very patient to be able to do one of them let alone 25. I can see why they'd hurt your fingers too, but they look so lovely will be worth it. :T

LOL....we've done 35 of them already! So pleased I'll be having nail extensions for my wedding.

I keep on looking at the 'old' bridesmaid dress, its so pretty and we're both sad DD has outgrown it!

I've just figured out that it is only 10 weeks on Saturday until our big day. To say that I am panicing is an understatement. We are pretty skint just now so can't get anything ordered until we get money on Monday. It's my oldest sons 6th tomorrow just to add to the stress LOL. I've got a To do list and to be honest there isn't that much on it. I haven't ordered the materials for my invitations yet :eek: I think this is my number 1 worry.

Rant over LOL.

10 weeks!!!! Now that you put it like that, I can't breathe! Luckily I've got a few weeks more than you but you're probably more organised than I am.
How many invitations do you need to make? If you're ordering from PDA card and craft they ship very quickly

Yumyums I need around 20 invites. My sister-in-law to be is making them but I need to buy the card, ribbon and diamante hearts. I felt like I could not breath either when I looked at my countdown thingmy! This year is flying past.

Anyway, me and OH are going to get our 'wedding folder' out tonight. We're going to add up our outstanding balances on cars/reception/photographer etc and take it from there.....but invites are my No 1 priority on Monday.

OMG - 10 weeks!! Dont panic hun, it will all get sorted, just try and keep organised and then it will feel better. I totally know what you mean about no money to pay for things, as soon as we get paid the wedding has consumed all our spare cash!!!

Today has been a productive day for me. Managed to FINALLY book my make up and waiting on hair lady to get back to me. Confirmed my booking for a romantic private boat trip to swim with turtles and watch sun set on honeymoon (absolute bargain!) and also booked a vintage bus to collect our wedding guests and drop them off at venue - it is a suprise as our parents love old school things like this! The company also makes vintage bus tickets with wedding destination and details on . Thought tha was a nice touch lol
