Good luck for Tuesday, I am sure it will not be as bad as you think. I did not even see judge, declared br while parking car! Let us know how you get on0

Hi all, lists updated again on 1st page. see Phil beat me to it with the November club lol! my oldest boy is not very well just now, hoping its not but fearing it could be swine flu, has had high temp & cold/flu symptoms, off his food and sleeping lots.

Gazza. you will be fine, it is horrible thinkinga bout it, but every one is very kind, discreet, and it isnt a big deal at that stage.0

Good luck Gazza. I've got mine on Thursday and I know that despite everyone being very reassuring, the dread is about to settle in any moment whatever I tell myself. Make sure you have something planned to look forward to after court to remind you that life goes on.BR 22/10/2009 ED 08/07/20100

Sorry Donna, not the right place just quick note to say hope your oldest son is okay. I had Swine flu back in July on a trip to mainland. V high temp, v.sore throat and aches and pains etc. Felt quite nauseaus although luckily wasnt physically sick.... certainly sounds like it though. Get your son to rest loads as it took me ages to get over it! Me and my bruv in law both needed antibiotics after the flu had gone for secondary infections so keep an eye on him. Good luck. lisa x
Sorry folks as not BR related x0 -

Further to my earlier posts re OR. We havent heard from them but have received a 'pack' in the post. In it, OR is asking OH and I for different paperwork but typically it is not clear what is wanted exactly.
OR also wants proof of the ownership of our rental house??? Going to check with CAB advisor before we send anything off as she has been brilliant. I get too stressed about it all but she is very calming, luckily!
Im surprised we didnt receive a phone call before but im fine about it. There has been no mention of an interview either....0 -
Hi all, just a little reminder to please be careful about posting details of your bankruptcy on here - see elfieb's thread which she has kindly posted to help us all out - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2018467
Don't give too much detail which would allow anyone to personally identify you.
Best wishes to all xxxBSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -
I know this doesnt relate to posting personal info but I was really surprised when I went on the insolvency website to see my BR entry. How can they get away with full name, address, date of birth and job title isnt there some data protection? I no that creditors need to be able to identify you but anyone could use those details to clone an identity they wouldnt get any credit lol but still quite worrying!0
