Andrew's oxygen requirements came down again and, when I left, he was breathing just air :j :j :j Just phoned, and he's still going! Three cupfeeds overnight without needing O2, he's doing just fantastic. Maybe home soon?
I'm rubbish at remembering what happened all i can think of is my Chris managed a teeny tiny poop on the potty (and 3 in his pants ), MFD's Benjamin is pulling himself up to stand and button's cat has been piddling on things he shouldn't again0 -
Why does my GP surgery keep cutting me off after telling me they're experiencing high call volumes  its a blooming lo-call number too  If they opened the phone lines at 8am not 8:30 I bet I could get through, how very dae they not want to open at an ungodly hour
eta I'm on hold!
eta again, got on the triage list, I swear they don't give anyone an 'emergency appointment'0 -

My parents are both English (from Coventry) but moved to Wales just before I was born - my Dad learnt Welsh because he was working a lot with farmers who didn't speak much English. I went to a Welsh primary school and was fluent in Welsh until I moved to England with my mum when I was 5 or 6 so lost the language.
I'd really like to learn Welsh. My dad was born there and lived there until he was about 5/6 befire he moved here to Essex. He used to know some words and my Grandma used to speak some welsh..If I remember there was something on one of Martins weekly tips a couple of minths ago about learning for free...must look back when on MLTigsteroonie wrote: »Andrew's oxygen requirements came down again and, when I left, he was breathing just air :j :j :j Just phoned, and he's still going!

oh yeah Pink - BF babies are usually lighter as are girls in general so its perfectly normal I'm sure as a guide you can plot her on the BF graph Weight gain bf girls
weirdly I was just looking at it coz Ed isn't gaining as his was (understandably as he keeps being sick)0 -
Morning all,
Tigs - well done to little Andrew! He is doing amazingly well.
Sami - hope you get an appointment for Edgar. All surgeries seem to operate differently when it comes to emergency appointments don't they? I know people who can't book any appointment in advance, they can only phone on the day (and obviously it's difficult to get through as everyone is phoning), and it's obviously to claim they have no waiting list!! Shocking!
Holly slept from 12-7.30 without waking and less grunting than usual so I had a decent sleep. Woke her up at 7.30, fed and changed her, and she is now back asleep so going for a shower. We are going to visit my work today so hoping she will be on best behaviour!
Also, we are going to meet a friend from work for lunch at Nandos before I go into the office. I am a bit nervous about doing things like taking a pram into a restaurant. Any tips? I picked Nandos because I know it's quite roomy so should be room for a pram. I just feel a bit weird about stuff like that in case she cries or in case I am in the way. It should be fine taking a pram into a restaurant like that wouldn't it?0 -
fitz i go nandos all the time and theres plenty of room in any of the ones ive been in and if there isnt there very good at making room for you .. and its a family place so they expect a cryig kid at times x

Everyone seems to think Elliot is big/tall for his age, but I just don't get it because he is 13 months old and the 12-18 month clothes are massive on him, the legs are always miles too long and i have to roll them up! He's still wearing a lot of 9-12 month clothes. So how is he big for his age?! He's got a long body and short legs-sadly got that off both mommy and daddy oops!
He's now wearing new boots in size 4G (she said he is a 4F but the boots come up small in width)He proudly walked off around the shop when the lady put them on him!
He's been waking up several times a night again, think it's teeth yet again. He's got 10 now, so we're halfway there.
keely.Mommy to Elliot (5) and Lewis (born xmas eve 11!)0
