i saw your post keeley but im sorry i was gonna reply but forgot as jayden started laughing at the tv screen tried filming it and he stopped everytime he saw the camera  .. is he tall ... like lanky? coz people use to say that about my sister but she just had height to her x

I don't know if he seems taller because he's not got much puppy fat on him, he's never had chubby cheeks or anything maybe that's why he looks older?

I really must get him weighed-i tried to weigh him on my scales but hes a fidget!

Everyone seems to think Elliot is big/tall for his age, but I just don't get it because he is 13 months old and the 12-18 month clothes are massive on him, the legs are always miles too long and i have to roll them up! He's still wearing a lot of 9-12 month clothes. So how is he big for his age?! He's got a long body and short legs-sadly got that off both mommy and daddy oops!

He's now wearing new boots in size 4G (she said he is a 4F but the boots come up small in width) :) He proudly walked off around the shop when the lady put them on him!

He's been waking up several times a night again, think it's teeth yet again. He's got 10 now, so we're halfway there.

    keely.

I used to get the 'isn't he small' comments, and then the 'isn't he big' comments! Long body and short legs and arms here too, I struggle to do the buttons up on his baby grow, yet can't see his feet! Clothes sizes are silly, we are in 9-12 month babygrows in Mothercare, but all the Nordic type ones (Katvig, Molo, IdaT and similar) he is wearing 18-24 months! 86cm ones. It is all very silly.

Well done on 10 teeth! We have just had our first two through, so you have my sympathies. Does it get worse as they get further on? I heard the back ones are worse.

Talking of short bodies, I'm sure I watched a program with a very tall man and a very short man, but when they sat down, the short man looked taller because he had a long body and short legs, whereas the other guy had all his height in his legs. I might have made that up though, I can't remember :o

    Hello
have been lurking a bit this week, so thought i would pop on and say hello! Having a rough week with Jake he's hardly sleeping at all. He dosn't want to go to bed at all and when he finally does he wants me to stay with him all the time and screams if i leave the room, then he keeps waking up through the night and randomly screaming his head off until i go into him. Don't know whats up with him  I am exhausted!!

Keely - Everyone tells me Jake looks big, but i think he's a really skinny little thing! He's 2 and a half but still wears 18-23 months stuff. 2-3 years pants just hang off him!

My qualifications from school are pretty rubbish - i only got 4 a-c grades, but i did go to college when i left school and got A-levels in Psychology and Health studies and also Maths so not too bad i suppose!

Off out to Asda in a bit, they've got loads of half price toys in ours so gona go and get some bits for jakes xmas presents. I'm determined to be organised this year :D

Hope everyone has a good day :) x

ooh I know I'm in a different position to weezl and rmac (we have some very good primary and secondary schools local) but I'd rather not pay for schooling I'm a bit anti private school :o
There is one very close to us and the bus picks up right outside our house so it would probably actually be the easiest in terms of getting there but I just don't like them and can't really explain it? maybe its because I'm too working class and tight :rotfl:
