Morning All :hello:
Not much to report yet except that Andrew's oxygen requirement came down for a few hours last night, so boobie-juice must have been good for him! (or perhaps he was sooooo relieved about returning to cup feeds overnight!)
Back in again in a couple of hours, let's see if he remembers what to do:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Tigs!! Yay for good booby feeding
But remember Andrew is a man...so will probably need telling what to do every time for a while

Mel Congratulations, really pleased for you! (although I do think you are mad, or maybe you have the patience of a saint, whichever you are a better person than me)
MFD we are still gummy here too, although she has a full set you can see through her gums none have actually broken through yet, i keep thinking one morning I'll get her up and she'll have got them all overnight.
Oh I was thinking about you yesterday and then you turn up - like a proper fairy godmother!! Shame I wasn't here to say hello :rolleyes:scruffy96uk wrote: »MFD is benjamin a blonde or a baldie,
Speaking about haloween parties our one is the day before we move out lol!!
Benjamin is really blonde...but he doesn't have much hair either. We are very jealous of hairy babies with teeth
We had a house-cooling party once...most of the furniture and general crap was in a van on the drive so there was tons of room for party guests!!
Benjamin's new trick is nodding when you say 'yes, yes, yes' - which is SO cute...until he did it this morning whilst having a feed - ouch, ouch ouch
He also gives me his dummy when I say 'ta' and hold my hand out!! I am convinced he is a geniusplease don't burst my bubble!!

Congatulations, Mel! :j:j
SIL announced her pregnancy yesterday too and I thought I would be a tiny bit broody but I'm not. Surprised myself lots!
I gave birth at the Womens (as a commoner, 3!!) and had my own en suite room both times. The wing is for non complicated births (but they let me in with Poppy as we were both doing 'exceptionally well' after the forceps delivery
). Not sure if they have a private wing but I wouldn't be surprised as apparenly Coleen Rooney having her baby there!
MFD, any news on the CM front?
Have to dash and read a book with my daughter....

I get very jealous of the BFers that don't need to use breast pads and wear a bra 24/7 to keep them in place:oMy_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Good morning All!!!

emlou sounds like a fun morning.
After my trip to tesco I came home and gave Amber paracetamol which she regurgitated. Then we tried some infacol before a feed, she then took half an once and wanted bed. She slept well but I got shouted through by DS1 at 5.30am. Chris had been sick. So he is off nursery although he is fine now. Think he was just choked with the cold, was abit iffy looking so we kept him off but at 9.30am he suddenly got better.0 -

MM – Fingers crossed for no swine flu. Hope they’re a bit better today. Now being nebby, Is the guy doing your wallpaper a friend or a proper decorator iykwim? I’m thinking of getting someone in to do our living room but i’ve no idea what is a fair price? I could do it myself, but i [STRIKE]can’t be ar5ed [/STRIKE]haven’t really got the time.
Carla – don’t be silly – we need happy news too. And it will show those struggling at the moment that it does get better. And I love the cute scarey vampire.
Good luck Scruffy.
Yey Tigs for your efficient boobies and wet nappies.
Clever Benjamin for letting mummy having a decent sleep!
SB – Was the womens nice? We had the choice of our local one, The Womens and The Countess. Lots of friends had theirs at the Womens, and recommended it. But I was scared because its probably about an extra half hour away for us. (And if we’d gone there, the extra half hour would have meant Violet would have arrived in the car!)
After my babies very grumpy day yesterday, she went to bed at 7.30 last night, and slept til 8.45 this morning.
The big two finished school yesterday for half term, but OH forgot and woke me up at half 7 in a panic telling me i'd slept in.:beer:0
