AF what is it about a dropside that you are interested in, in comparison to a normal one? we dont have a dropside and the only time i wish we did is when i'm feeding him over the side of the cot in the night and i have arm ache!!

    hi em

i have only thought of cots having dropsides, but i'm just worried about putting LO in when she's asleep

  • Hi guys, haven't read but wanted to post latest pics.

    http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#/photo.php?pid=3718037&id=698236448

is everyone ok, what's going on, not been online and catching up that much lately.

Shout if i can help in any prune juice/colic/reflux way????
  • Em - there aren't really that many childminders around here. I am looking a little further afield at minders who are on my way to work.

AF - thank you for reminding me about the cot. We don't have a drop side. I thought we did but I had forgotten that I opted for a cheaper cot when I opted for the more expensive buggy

Anyway, Benjamin is now pulling himself up to kneeling at the bars!! At first it was just to look at me whilst I was in the shower (just like his dad - will go to any lengths to get a glimpse of t!ts and a$$ :rotfl:)

But for the last 2 nights when I have put him down (awake) I have gone up later to find him kneeling up with a big proud smile on his mush

    Do I:
    a) Drop the cot mattress now?
    b) Wait a while because he is not (yet) showing any signs of standing (and it would probably be quite a tricky manouever in a sleeping bag)?
    c) Only put the baby to sleep when he is already asleep for a while?

Can somebody keep my bl00dy babba still for a while!! :D

  • have to say SMA gave jack wind.colic and newborn troubles, went to C&G and the Aptimil. Molly didnt get to find out, breast-nutramigen (hv led) then Aptamil. Its a needs must situation at times, you do what you think is best, then reflect what you should have done later.
