MFD, drop it now. Trust me on this. He will decide to stand when you least expect it and take a tumble out and you'll end up running up to A&E in a huge panic while us mums who have been there done that will be like, yeah, that happened to us too, they were fine... :D
    what she said ;)

I used SMA gold with Keira as that's what they had in the hospital and I had seen ads on the TV about it haha, I'm sure there was other choices too. It was all those pre made milks in glass jars.

Funny thing is, when I was in hospital no-one even asked if I was BF, I might of actually tried if someone had given me a push and shown me, not like my mum agreed with it, said If I breastfed I better not do it in the living room (can you see why I got depression livin there?) OH was upset I didn't BF but didn't make a huge deal out of it, and I caught staph, not sure if that would of passed onto Keira through BF anyways? I wouldnt of been able to keep it up because they wouldnt let me take her into hospital when I was admitted for 5days anyways
If you had been BFing they would have let you take her in :)
also when you're ill you pass antibodies on to the baby in your milk although I don't know how congatious staph is

Don't know how I could of possibly looked after mind if I had her there, could barely get myself up for a pee!

Next time (IF!) I have another baby, I will give BF'ing a bash, hopefully after my boobs have been lifted as don't want baby smothering under my saggy baps

we started off on c&g cos OH liked the box compared to the others (??) which made him a bit constipated, then i decided to be MSE and try hipp, which gave poor little man the farts and made him scream for two days, then i got aptamil after you lovely ladies recommended it and he was fine on that. but then when he was weaned i put him back on c&g cos i figured i may as well save the £1 a box seeing as his system wasnt quite so delicate any more! he now has the c&g follow on
