We went over to the pub for lunch and it was terrible! my burger was incinerated, I mean black black crusty black! So was Ellie's burger, my mums gammon was chargrilled and so was her pineapple! The manager apologised and we weren't charged for those meals and got a discount on the rest so, I was £5, for Keira's meal (which she barely touched) an ice cream for her, a fruit shoots and a pint of diet coke. Not bad!!

Oh and I had eaten all the chips and salad off my plate, so I got fed too, kinda! Hehe

Because some fool in the office loses them, possibly on purpose.
    This is what I suspect.

Send them recorded delivery. It's annoying but they can't argue.
Yes, I do sometimes do that and then they don't go missing. I just hate having to pay extra just to stop them pretending not to receive it.

Amber is very clingy today, not like her at all, she has a sixth sence of when I go more than a foot away from her and starts howling.

Quick question for mums with older ones.... when did you stop buying vests with the poppers underneath and sleepsuits? Henry's nearly 2 but as he is still in nappies I figure its better to use these ones.... At night he sometimes has pyjamas and sometimes a sleepsuit but these are getting small and dont know whether to just stick to pyjamas now?

I started putting jake in normal vests and underpants just after he turned 2. he's been in pyjamas t night since about 18 months. I found it really hard to find vests with poppers after 18 to 24 months.

I gave up at eight months because she grew out of the 9-12 months ones and it didn't seem worth buying vests when we had plenty t-shirts and the 12-18month babygrows didn't fit properly because they weren't shaped right for an eight month old.
