ooooh before i go, i keep meaning to ask - does porridge freeze ok if i make a huge batch for seth in advance? i am wanting to make up loads with some fruit in, and cos i never have full fat milk in my house. it would go off at the rate it gets used for seths ready brek! was also thinking porridge pureed slightly would be even more :money: than ready brek?
Yes - we do spearate porridge for Alice with EBM so make it on Saturdays (because we have egg for breakfast on Saturdays so aren't making porridge for ourselves) and freeze it for through the week.

Annabel likes Ikea as there are always lots of people to watch. I like taking her there as a change of scene - the freebie coffee with our family card and the freebie plum blueberry baby food!
Sadly I miss out on the free drinks because I don't like coffee and they don't do decaffeinated tea and I avoid caffeine because of breastfeeding.

LO has lots of lovely toys, but her current favourite are milk pint cartons, washed out and filled with lentils, peas, rice and pasta to make shakers. She can't get enough of them! I'd recommend you all make some :D
Alice likes lentil shakers too but I am wondering why you buy single pints of milk?

Am I the only one who uses formula or EBM to make porridge??
I used to use formula until LO went onto full fat milk...

Just spent half hour on phone holfing for Virgin to sort my broadband out and then managed to do it myself... good job call was free!!!

Washing machine ordered yesterday was delivered today at 9.30...how good was that!!!!

Ordered pushchair from Mothercare last night, unfortunately I could only use one discount code, hw annoying but at least it was free delivery as well!!!
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.
