while we're talking about my boobsOH said last night "Where have your boobs gone? they used o be big" realising he was not making me very happy he tried to back track by saying "oh maybe its that top, its not very flattering or maybe that bra isn't very good" I told him he had better shut up before I smack him round the head with the spatula I was holding!

Just had the most frustrating conversation with one of the script monkeys on the child tax credit helpline. Do you have to have been labotomised to work there???!
oh the script monkeys!
and:mad::mad: to whoever wrote the script!
I once asked 'is there anyone there who can answer my question in a different way?' cos I was so confused! It didn't go down well!!!Oops - was that my house? I really need one of these!
Asda 3, always asda!
MFD, oh ok then the puree thing(don't you hate it when people say don't ask and then tell you anyway?)
solids are going fairly well variety-wise ( he even tried taramosalata, brave lad!)
But quantity we're struggling. 4 diddy mouthfuls seems to be his boredom threshold with any food or mealtime. (Unless bigger children are eating/watching, in which case loads is consumed:D). He's dropped 18oz of formula, and replaced it with 8 diddy mouthfuls a day .
So lovely DH discovers that the only thing which makes more solids go down is to sing for about an hour, waiting til an open-mouth smile happens, and quickly popping in a new mouthful
Head, shoulders, old macdonald and wind the bobbin up soon give way to a bit of Bon Jovi or REM sung in a nursery rhymish voice as DH exhausts his repetoire...
Happy days
just a phase, just a phase just a phase!

thanks for all the hugs
things r now even worse
got up @ 8.30am with a stinking cold so texted RL friends to say I wouldn't meet up with them in case I pass it on. Very gutted
Turned slow cooker off and portioned off the spag bol sauce (10 servings though!) to cool. Got Jack's bottle and started feeding him in bed.
OH wakes up moaning that it's 8.45am and Jack is a noisy eater, why can't I feed him downstairs? Yes he is a noisy eater but he's also a bit snotty bless him.
I then had a nap til 10.45am - he put the spag bol in the freezer for me
I told him to package up his ebay stuff & I'd post it - queue huge row
why couldnt I do his ebay? not like I'm doing owt & he's going to worK for a few hours.
lost it then & to top it all off after he left I dropped my phone down the loo & it flucked
rang OH from house phone to tell him & apparently 'i'm useless' & he hung up on me
so mega stressed out now, feeling ill & Jack is crying probly cos he's not well either!
sorry for the rant
Elle - fairy post arrived! thank u so much :A- they are much better than my small ones as they have black numbers on and mine are clear so hard to see!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Glam: Go on strike!
I forbid you o do anything for OH until he bucks his ideas up, just sort yourself and Jack.
HIS ebaying is HIS responsibility
eta: do you spell your namy with a 'cky'? I've forgot and gonna pop bottles in an envelope and put ur name on and try to leave at work for you0 -
it's Vicki - think most people on here know that now no need to be cryptic anymore!
Thanks - I was gonna nip in today but with Jack and me not being well I'll leave it.
The problem with eBay is he uses my account to sell as I have good feedback - he messes about with getting stuff ready and would take about 2 weeks if left to his own devices and he knows I don't want to get negative feedback so I end up trying to rally him around to do it. :rolleyes:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
