3 - thats a great proud mummy moment to have. Annabel is a good eater in terms of trying new things. Although she is opinionated about what she likes once she's tried it! (oooh I can't believe I forgot to say last night that one of her favourite foods is brocolli!). However, she doesn't eat great portion sizes, esp compared to her friends IRL who are mostly boys. She is dainty though and as I was a fuzzy eater until I was 16 or so and have turned out to be just fine, I'm not too bothered so long as she's getting enough IYKWIM.

    Morning *yawn*

LO decided 3.30 would be a good time to wake up and do a poo! He then wouldn't settle so had to give him a bottle, he drained it and eventually went back to sleep at 5, he had another 3hrs so he's ok but I'm one of those people who when they wake up find it very hard to go back to sleep. Early night for me tonight.

It's pouring down here and DH has the trolley in the car so I can't go anywhere. Never mind.

My poor mummy has suspected swine flu!! Dad called last night to keep an eye on Daniel has they had him on Saturday. Hope she feels better soon I wanna go give her a cuggle but obviously I can't.

  • I have thought of another question for you all - what are you dressing your babies in now it is getting colder? It is quite chilly in our house today (I own 2 pairs of slippers, but couldn't find 2 matching slippers, so I've had to put my trainers on, my feet are FREEZING!) and I'm not sure Izzy is wrapped up enough.

It is such a long time since it was cold, and Izzy was a tiddly baby now, so it's different now she is active and crawling around the place - I don't want to wrap her up too much, but I don't want her getting cold either.

Not that she is active right now - we are making up for only napping for 30 mins at nursery yesterday I think. An hour and a half so far and counting!

I just had a nasty shock.. Stood on some scales at the hospital yesterday but it only displayed in kgs which means nothing to me. I've just worked out in stones and pounds how little I weigh :(

Anyway, just trying to get Rhys off to sleep in his bouncer. He's rubbing his face (a new thing in the last week or so ) but fighting it

MFD - have you made the phonecall yet? Are you feeling better about things? Why not leave B with me when you are at work not too far a round trip for you from work!!!

I called and tried to have a conversation but she wasn't having any of it so I just got the names she had for me and left her to it. Miserable cow

I called the 3 childminders she said had vacancies and 1 sounds promising...although I will go and see all 3.

Aw - Benjamin would plant his big sloppy kisses all over poor Annabel and steal her crumpets :rotfl:

Benjamin is just watching Waybuloo - seems to keep him quiet at the moment!!
Oh pooo - only half of it recorded!! Early nap for Monkey Chops me thinks!
