marinara recipe - tastes good and fairly subway like to me, but i havent had one in about 5 years so i may be wrong!!

    1 tin of chopped tomatoes
    1 small diced onion
1/2 tsp dried basil (if you have fresh do 1tsp)
    1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
couple of pinches of black pepper
    2 cloves of garlic (i used 3 cos i love it :o)
squirt of tomato puree to taste

saute onions and garlic in 1 tsp olive oil until tender, bung everything else in, stick a lid on it, cook it for about half an hour, then if you think its a bit runny take the lid off to let it reduce to how you want it :)

i'm doing sausage meatballs later, just taking the skin off the sausages and rolling them into balls and frying them. only doing the balls for OH's benefit though, i'd eat it without meat on some pasta quite happily!

i'm sure there's nothing wrong. your body just needs to catch up. i'm sure over the past few months you're still 'owed' sleep.
