grr :mad: still waiting in for OH - he really !!!!es me off. I went to Tiny stars and he text me to say I needed to come home early cos he needed to go - the cheeky a$$ wanted to take my car! Fortunately, I didn't get the text til it finished so :p to OH - take your own car!

He's just been sent a text to say he can now come with me to ASDA tomorrow!

Was hoping to get Jack weighed today but they don't do weighing anymore so will have to go to baby clinic tomorrow
Was lovely - Jack and my friends LO were youngest there - others were like 5 months onwards. Felt really bad though cos HV asked how birth went

Me - Fantastic, would do it again like a shot
Friend - Horrendous, don't think I'll have anymore

Feel sorry for her cos she pushed him out in 1 go and tore right down to her bum  I am sooooooooooo lucky to have had an easy birth with Jack but am sure I'll get what's coming to me next time!

NMS - aw, don't just lurk. I thought maybe you had gone away or something cos you mentioned the caravan.
Can you see the hat Jack is wearing in my avvy?!! I love it!

*sulk* Got outbid at the last minute.. I know, I know, Sami is going to tell me about the sniper thingy :p What if two bidders have got it, and their max bid is exactly the same?

The winner would be the first person to put in their bid ;)

Now you bloody tell me! :p:o We just went with the top docs opinion, although we know she is known for being very "thorough" and perhaps carrying out tests which aren't completely necessary - such as this and the first MRI and also various blood tests, although they have turned out to give us a better picture so worth it in the end (and have always been an extension of ones which did need doing, so no extra needles, just same needle but more blood out iyswim). I don't think I'd want him to have one once he's old enough to remember, but then I don't want him as upset as he has been today again either  Have told OH he's going in next time, if there is a next time!

He's asleep now after having more milk, finally - again, wouldn't keep his mouth tight shut long enough to suck the bottle but was probably crying with hunger in part too!

OH has told me I can cheer myself up by bidding on a leopard print snowsuit ending soon on eBay :D

I meant to ask about the caramel actually.. Is it really just the tin in a pan of boiling water for a long time? Do you have to open the tin a bit? Sorry to be thick.. :o

Sorry, I didn't explain that very well, In Christophers case there is no medical reason for him to have one.

Caramel, tin in pan, unopened and completely covered, keep checking it to make sure (otherwise it can explode) and boil/simmer for 3 hours. Leave it a good while to cool down and put a towel over it when you open it, sometimes it squirts out a bit. :D then try not eating it all up nom nom nom...

I'm going to try tablet again, didn't boil it long enough last time.

Elle, it's the bid that comes in first in that case - ebay runs to tenths of a second.

    NMS, don't lurk!

I do love that hat on Jack, and I'm sure Liam was adorable in it too. In any case, gnome-babies are awesome.
