sorry ladies but i think i need to add something on fathers not seeing their children as i think its a bit one sided in here, not that i'm saying this is any of your situations, but this is ours.

OH has a 8 year old daughter he loves very much, we have now been together 2 years and in that time he's seen her twice. he was allowed to ring once a fortnight to speak to her for 5 mins before bedtime but his ex stopped picking up the phone and then started a huge row about how he never bothered with her, when it wasnt the case, he isnt allowed to bother with her, purely because his ex doesnt like him! he has now stopped trying, because of the rows with his ex. it doesnt mean he doesnt love his daughter. if she was calling him a silly man to his daughter he would go ballistic, and i wouldnt blame him! two sides to every story and that.

Sounds like there are some crummy fathers out there (and also some crummy mothers!) My dad never bothered with me, last time I saw him was when I was 4, and he was punching his then GF's face in, whilst we were in the car! Lovely guy him. Never paid a penny in CSA either, as soon as my mum applied he'd quit his job so he didn't have too pay anything. Vindictive bleeper.

Hugs to anyone who needs them, and Sugar, I'd of already been crying if it was me, hope the day gets easier for you.

My leg is still knackered!! I'm hobbling now, maybe I've pulled a muscle? But hurrah my spots are clearing up, just the red blemishes left but that's easy covered with some slap.

Keira is going to the science centre with nursery today, she's looking forward too it.

Is there click through things on quidco? Like you know do a search on a website and get a couple of pennys, I remember there used to be when I used to use quidco, dunno why I stopped, I would of had a few ££ in there by now, bugga

They've always replied to me within 24hrs - I must be special :D

I did, and i sent her a prompt after i mentioned it in here. I got a reply :T I can either pass it onto a friend or forward it on to an address they'll provide and have 2 products as compensation :D

ETA: MFD sounds like you got the same reply
  • Button you get 1p for a Kelkoo search I think...
