Can you give us a sample day of meals with cost breakdown?
  • This month I have managed to get down to £50 a week for 2 adults, 2 teenagers, a dog and cat. This includes all food, toiletries, cleaning products etc.
Pretty pleased with that as it was at least double that previously.

Ok, care to elaborate on that at all:D? You came on here saying you can eat for £3 a week, well please show us how! Everyone seems to be interested in how you manage, so if maybe you don't remember what you ate last week could you post what you ate each day and what it cost you?

    Thanks in advance,
    MrsB.
