Thanks for the reminder re Scottish Widows. I phoned them in September 2009 and gave all the details of my husbands pension plan. I was told that details would be sent out.
Nothing has been recieved & I admit that I had forgotten about it untill the MSE reminder.
So I've filled in the online information form but, and here is where I show my ignorance, as there is no 'submit' button how have the rest of you managed to 'send' the completed form.
I'm obviously doing something wrong but I don't know what.

I didn't even know anything about this at all. I have held a With-Profits endowment policy with critical illness and life cover since 1997. I just filled out the online form and the feedback said it will be 12 weeks before they respond. Does this mena I will miss the deadline? Do I need to do anything else? I have no idea if I am due any compensation but if I am then i do not want to miss out on it.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

The submit button in under:-
Tick here if you are requesting an update on your claim :
It's not completely showing though! Hold the left button on your mouse and scroll down at the same time and it should appear.0 -

Not too sure what good it'll do completing the request. You're not asked for your email address for a 'we've received your request' reply and there's no reference number. There's no proof that the form's been submitted. Ho hum. Time will tell!0

Thats very neg, if you don't ask you don't get. Anyway why waste loads of time on we've got your request mail when they're probably better looking into the queries?0 -
I want to fill in the SW claim form but it's not coming up on their website. Below the red and black menus the page is blank. Is anyone else having this problem?0
