URGENT ! Ebay telephone number ?!?

On many an occasion I've suspected some dodgy goings on with rival sellers.0

This doesn't make sense.
How would e-Bay know the the winning bidder (OPs bidding friend) was connected to the OP in any way?
Unless they bid on numerous of the OPs items or have the same contact details (address, phone number etc, then they can't just suspend like that.
Shill bidding has to be reported, so someone must have seen this 'bidder' bid more than once to have had suspicion of shill bidding.
Sorry, but it doesn't add up at all.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

I agree it sounds odd, but the OP confirms that he has been caught shill bidding and says it was only on this one occasion. There is of course the possibility that the software has thrown up some other bidding anomoly that looks suspicious.
I also thought that ebay tended to make a strong warning only on the first occasion, only suspending on a repeat violation of blatant shilling, but that does not fit in with what the OP is saying, so I admit i may be wrong with my assumption.

Agreed. The fact is eBay couldn't possibly make a connection without the two operating on the same PC, or as you say the sellers friend was bidding on a number of items from the OP.Stuff Happens As Wave of Ambiguity Spreads:cool:0 -
I've found the auction, found the 'friend' who bid, but they didn't bid the once, they bid numerous times. They also aren't a regular buyer (??) the ID has no feedback? (Not brand new ID, but no FB received at all, they did leave FB for the OP for the auction which ended yesterday)
It's also not the first time that another ID has bid on OPs listings.
Sorry OP, but if you're gonna shill, you have to pay the consequences if you are caught.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

I don't mean to be rude, but that's not my listing or the identity of the other Ebay member ! The other member has feedback and has not left feedback for last nights auction !0 -
My mistake....it's one of your listings, its just not the 'friend' you were talking about.
One of the bidders who won yesterday left feedback within 2 hours of the auction ending so your 'friend' must be another bidder.
You do sell tickets??Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
If you're the seller that I think the above poster is talking about then maybe it was the quick feedback that gave the game away. You'd have to be some seller to get the tickets to the buyer that quickly!!:rotfl:Stuff Happens As Wave of Ambiguity Spreads:cool:0
