Congratulations Lizzibel cant wait more baby pics lol
Hope you's are both doing well!

No idea ihategossips, would assume a copy of your Matb1 form would do it?

OK so i'm not tired any more so i thought i'd bore you with the story of the first car i bought OH.
I had just got my first flat and wanted to learn to drive. OH had a license but no car, one night we spotted an add for an escort £100 so we thought we can afford that so we went to have a look and we found the faults easy ones cracked distributor a damaged plug and a burned out connector for the fuel pump. so OH asked the guy(it was a trade in in the garage) what his bottom line was etc and he said if you get it lifted tonight £70 it's a non starter sold as seen. So i ran to the phone box and asked my dad if he would come get us.

He took us to a parts shop and we got everything for £20 dad called his insurance and got OH covered went back to the garage got all the documents paid for the car walked outside fitted the parts and it started after a jump start lol The guy was well peeved and gave the mechanic an ear bashing. we had that car for 3 years and we traded it in for £1000 very mse lol

  • I have been out entertaining ds all day today as it is half term. I am shattered so having an early night but i wanted to see if there was any news from Fidget. Good luck for tomorrow i am sure all will be ok and it will go smoothly fingers crossed you are holding your bubs some time tomorrow if not then friday like me  these babies come when ever they want to.

I just had an email for another product to test. i have had 5 in the last month.
Book, night light lamp, anti-colic bottles, underwear and now this http://www.hydrateforhealth.co.uk/ i was chosen as i am having a planned section and it is to use after the op as i won't be able to reach my water without asking someone to do it. But will i look a right plonker taking it and putting it on my bed? I think the staff may think who the hell does she think she is bringing that in? a jug isn't good enough for her:confused:

Oh no ellie, i hope i'm not telling a similar story very soon

Gisi, i asked the garage this the other day when the Saxo failed - i said is it still classed as MOT'd cos it doesn't expire for another 2 weeks. He said technically, it's unroadworthy so isn't legal to drive, BUT wouldn't show up on a police scanner as not MOT'd if that makes sense, but if i was pulled for any reason and they looked into it, they would find the new failure sheet!

But yeah i know what you mean and i wouldn't take the risk!
  • Elastigirl - it made me giggle, lol, they may laugh but i wouldn't mind one, haha!

How do you get the emails for product testing? I'll be in for a planned c-section too :(

Lizzibell - congrats and welcome to baby Lexie, such a fab name :D

Mgeb - I work at Weybridge Mothercare have been there about 4 1/2 years but have visited croydon loads so may have seen you at some point hehe. As for the Hauck travel system I'm not sure its one we do, certainly not stocked in stores anyhoo, may be an online exclusive.

Just been to friends and had coffee and a good chin wag, saw lots of lovely holiday pics and am now jelous hehe. She bought baby a tres cute outfit for the summer and some gifts for me and OH. Her sis also bought us some baby gifts including a cute lil green Baby Gap rain coat :D Now my only issue is am having a really bad allergic reaction after playing with her 6 cats and wheezing and coughing :( Would usually take antihistamines before visit but as pg its a no go!

Stopped at the co op on the way home and no galaxy :( settled for 3 for £1 wispas tho hehe.

Gisi - fingers crossed for the MOT xx

Always - yeay for packing hospital bag :) are we still on for a drink tomorrow?

Right bed for me just hope I can sleep!

I hope not Beenie - but i'm sure you wouldn't have been as naive as i was:o i mean it had a bloomin chip on the windscreen and i believed the guy (one of OH's workmates) when he said it didn't matter

But i'll have my fingers crossed for you anyway. ;) Glad your DS isn't too bad as well.

Som - lol, yes very true we may have met at some point. No i realised after i said it that MC don't really sell much at all of the Hauk range any more :( No idea where i'll be able to test one - I wonder if they'll let me send it back if i don't like it after a play about? Hmm i'd probably have to foot the return costs though :( (sorry thinking aloud again :D)

Aw sorry for the reaction to the cats - thats not nice! Good night though! x

ETA: I think everyone here got the galaxys, lol! I have had 5 yes 5 twirls today. Woah, glad they are not taking bloods tomorrow :o
