Gist Thanks for reminding me as Need to start my r l tea tonight as i keep forgetting, also hmmmm to pancake. Right my dad's just called me and offered me his phone upgrade because it a touch phone and he wont know what to do ?? Also he's just gone a brought a bigger memory card for this camera and when i said thats handy for when bumper comes along he said "why do you think i brought it " Well that was it i was in tears, so at the moment you cant be nice to me,or nasty as i just cry.

Thanks GISI and Fidget. I feel bad complaining when other people have much worse stuff going on and will prob be all better tomorrow

Yum yum to pancakes too, although I couldn't stomach them just now! Feels weird not to be thinking about food all day! I'm so thirsty though but drinking too much at once makes me feel sick and tummy hurt so taking it steady but know I need to replace A LOT of fluid

I know I don't post often but Just to update on my high risk for downs test ,
I had amnio on Monday so far so good and should get results tomorrow so fingers cossed for me ladies please .

I was thinking about you yesterday Jopsey and wondered if everything was ok. Have my fingers crossed for your results tomorrow.

This has been worrying me somewhat lately as I did not have the triple test and am now a bit nervous about the arrival of LO especially with the newpapers at the moment focussing on the link between age of the mother and resent statistics of chromesome disorders.

PP hope you get things sorted with Paypal - they're a real pita, had to speak to them this morning to try and get £50 back off them, they took it from someone who complained something hadn't been received, despite them leaving feedback, grrrr. Managed to get a letter from Royal Mail in my defence & emailed them it today so fingers crossed for both of us!

Err...can't remember much else...oh yes, swine flu jab - I'm not going to get it, I think the media is well trained in blowing things out of proportion and the chances of a) getting swine flu and b) ending up severely ill are fairly slim, slim enough to make me think I'd rather take the risk than take some presumably largely untested drug. OH got swine flu ages ago, think I was about 8/9 weeks, and despite being in his company for the full week, I never caught it, so think the degree to which it's contagious is exaggerated too. Can't remember who it was whose bro is coming from China? The chinese are seriously paranoid about bugs & sickness, when I went & every time I've been to HK, they're mega into wearing face masks and looking horrified when anyone coughs, not sure if it's media related or if it's just their way, but hopefully when your bro gets into England he'll see it's not such a big deal Then again, maybe I just come from a stupid family? When SARS hit Singapore we all went over on holiday because airfares were so cheap

I've got a little Q - do you need to order pushchairs in advance? We know what we want but aren't sure if shops hold stock, or if you need to pre-order, if paying in one go? Same for furniture too - any ideas on the lead time for M&P furniture?

ooh also can't remember who mentioned about BIL taking all their baby thing & giving them away? I'd be extremely p*ssed off, and would make sure he knew it too.
