Talking of Tesco don't know if everyone else's will have it but mine had the under bed storage box's for £1.75 reduced from £8 i think. No way are they worth the £8 but good for £1.75.

Ohh i'll have to pop into tesco at some point
And i hate the constant questions to! I also hate it when charity workers follow you.
"Do you wish to adopt a nan who is starving to death in africa?"
"No, im busy"
"Doing what?"
"On lunch"
"That can wait, do you want to..."
"NO I DONT, I WANT TO EAT! AND I ALREADY HAVE A NAN THANKS!"
I also hate the ones that dance at you, i sometimes wish to punch them lol.
I wouldn't cause im not aggressive, but i cant hold myself responsable for what i do during pregnancy (ie: Hitting one of them)0 -
EA- best way to get rid of the charity muggers is say you don't live in the UK.
Works best if you put on an accent, obviously.

That made me laugh:rotfl: i hate them as well and the way they try and make you feel guilty, If i not i say " Oh i already give to your charity" The ones that get on my nerves now are the pre recoreded telephone message "Do you have a loan" No but i now have a sore toe form where ive ran for the phone and stubbed my toe, if i could get down the phone to them i would do them some damage. Right off home soon oh is picking up after he has finished work eariler and has told me he's worked really hard at home which hopefully means he has moved our new sofa and tv's if not it could just mean he has done a bit of washing up !!!!!Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j0 -
Good luck Nicki!
C'mon out now over due babies!!!
Lizzie- I'm feeling the same as you (think we are due on same date too!) pressure low down and I had to get up to wee twice last night despite going just before bed, thats not alot I hear someone say, but some nights I don't get up to wee atall,Ive been lucky, so to go from none to twice is a big difference! Braxtons very strong last night too, so strong I was woken up by them! Im hoping these signs are good! I'm not ready to start labour now,but 2-3 weeks would be nice. Im 35 weeks today :j so I will be serving the eviction notice to vacate my womb in 2 weeks time!love my little man he is amazing :j0 -
Good luck Nicki- hope it all goes to plan for you tomorrow.
I also hate the charity muggers. I try to be polite but when you get approached constantly it is pretty irritating. I wonder how many people actually sign up to them in the street though?
Woohoo...hubby is making fajitas tonight. He rarely cooks so this is a big treat!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Midwife was lovely. She gave me loads of information including the Emma's diary book. I'm very excited about the freebies
I must look into what other clubs/freebies I can get, been too scared to so far!
She had my blood results and said I'm definitely rhesus negative but everything else is fine. There's been no crossing of blood so nothing to worry about at the moment.
She did say it means I have to be a lot more careful and that if I have any sort of fall then I need to go to a and e coz our blood could cross in that sort of event without me realising.Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -

GISI, we just put fergie on his changing mat in the room with us while we have a shower, he's always been fine, seems to really like the noise. The steam is really good for any little colds they have too. He's also happy there while I bath, with the occasional song now he's a bit olderHTH
We like the bigger bottles here too (260ml) but had 3 smaller ones cos we set up a little feeding station next door to our bedroom with a mini fridge with 3 bottles in and a warmer next to it, and a rocking chair, so no-one had to go downstairs, boil kettle... blah blah blah.... We also have an upstairs and a downstairs changing station too! Are we lazy?:rotfl:
