When i had dd we used about6 little 125ml bottles and 6 bigger 250 ml bottles, dont know why we felt the need to have so many - the little ones were really good for about 4 weeks then useless until we started weaning and would make up some milk to go in food to help mash it. With DS i just got bigger bottles and only 6, as this was how many fit in the sterilizer so couldnt clean more than that anyway at a time. Just always make sure you have one for in the night and one for in the morning before you go to bed. Only once did i have to wash, sterilize and boil and wait for the water to cool at 2am with a screaming baby to learn the mistake of going to bed early and assuming oh would make sure it was done.

Totally agree with you MERFE - that was my experience too. This time I'm just getting 6 of the bigger size.

Lol just got a call on my mobile asking for me, i asked who it was and they said "it's confidential" so i said sorry she's not here, and hung up.

Now i'm panicking that it was the counselling people with my appt, i better ring them :o

Getting hounded by debt collectors though so auto assume it's them!
My mum does that lol. Sometimes she says "I'll just get her" then comes back to the phone and says she's actually just gone out :rotfl:and claims to be the babysitter or something.
She even does it to debt collecters that come to the door!

Im not brave enough to do it though hehe.

When i get marketing calls i always take them and listen to them, and then make up some feeble excuse about not being able to afford food for myself let alone insurance for my debit card :rotfl:

I do what your mum does i say "No she's in the shower can i take a message" Or "You have just missed her" The best one i have which was true up to a few months ago where comapnys or you know the girls/guys that want your bank details In the street for charity, I was say sorry but my bank account wont allow me to do direct debits and everytime it work i was not hassled,

I used to always say to street charity workers "Sorry im not 18" Now i cant say it, im clearly over 18 lol.

Now i say "Sorry i dont belive in supporting charitys" it sounds harsh but it gets them to go away lol.

The people that hang around in town to get you to swtich your gas bills over, etc. One of them said to me "Do you pay bills?" he thought i would say "yes"

But i went "nope" and walked away, he looked really shocked lol. x
