  • WellI have just caught up, how exciting about Jenny!! Well I am currently experiencing weird flinches down to the bottom right of my bump/groin area, I wonder if its babys hands or feet there prodding on something?

I think I mentioned yesterday that our younger dog had been to the vets, well she is still poorly today, spoke to the vet and if she is not eating and perking up by tomorrow we are to take her back in. Basically she has problems with her heart and I am worried sick that she isnt gonna recover from this, but they have given her meds to help so I am probably just expecting too much too soon. Just horrible seeing her so weak and not eating :( Was thinking I hope I dont go into labour just yet until I know she is at least improving!! As soon as I start thinking about it all I start crying which I am sure is more down to me being over emotional as pg, and I said to DH that if its this bad when our dog is poorly imagine what its going to be like with our child!!

Well sorry to bring a sad note to the thread, just wanted to get it off my chest. Hopefully I will have better news tomorrow!!

This afternoon my sis in law bought over her baby, awwwww how cute!! He was well smiley :) We tried out our changing mat with him and he was well happy led on there so thats a good sign, hehe!!

Hope everyone is having a nice evening, Friday tomorrow, yey!!

    xx

Aw Jenny! Hope everything goes swiftly and easily for you am so excited for you! X

JHA - I'm so sorry that it looks like you have got this (SPD) too. I welled up a bit when you wrote that because no one else seems to "get it" (understand). Even before I had the crutches I felt like people might be looking at me and thinking "walk properly woman you're only pregnant". I'd like to say it's got better over time but it hasn't. I had one day this week were it wasn't as severe and I just tried to clean the kitchen which made it twice as bad the next day! So careful you don't go mad if it eases a bit.

As I've become more immobile it has really made me think about people who have permanent disabilities. The pain will hopefully ease off when the baby's born and I'll get back to normal, but I really couldn't imagine being stuck like this forever.

My mum has been taking dd to and from school this week as I just can't do it anymore as I would have to walk. I must admit I'm not looking forward to dd starting school hols tomorrow as she has learning difficulties and can be extremely demanding at times and I think she is starting to become unsettled by the imminent arrival. I hope she's going to give me an easy time.

Oh I've had a big waffle sorry! Starting to really feel it that I'm not getting out much! Won't be much longer and I'll be inviting the paperboy in for a chat lol x
  • Fattybooboo - hope your dog's better soon. I used to really worry over mine, every slight thing.
