  • Boo please post your list of what you've packed so I can check it against mine, I think of you as my almost due date buddy! I packed my bag the other night and agree there's far too much stuff! Ive got a holdall for me and my baby changing bag but still need to put my clothes, towels and toiletries in and their both full. Might swap everything to a little wheely suitcase and if we've forgotten anything my parents will have to bring it in.

Ha I think of you as my almost due date buddy too, and I think of GISI as my ahead of me by a week due date buddy, lol!! Right here comes my list :)

5 x vests (mixture of newborn and 0-3)
5 x sleepsuits (mixture of newborn and 0-3)
    1 x Hat
    1 x pair of mittens
    1 x Cardigan
3 x socks (mixture of newborn and 0-3)

I did have on the list a book or magazine but dont think im gonna bother, a water spray for my face but went with wetwipes instead, and a little fan but havent bothered with this either.

Boo that looks pretty much the same as mine. I think the only other things Ive got in mine are a few more muslinsand scratch mitts, some RLT (hoping it'll make everything contract back quicker) and a small bottle of cordial as I hate plain water. Im leaving the car seat at home with a snowsuit in just incase its really cold and my parents can bring it to the hospital. Me and OH dont drive and they have a spare key for my house.

Went out to buy paintbrushes but ended up at a checkout in Morrisons with a tub of Ben & Jerry's in my hands :confused:

Ooh Beenie, which flavour? You deserve it as a treat for starting the decorating. I went to get some from asda yesterday and every single tub had about 3 inches of ice encased around them  They looked like they should have been in Ice Age!

It's called 'half baked' never had it before it's yummy though (she says, as she's wiping her chin) :rotfl: They all had a fair bit of ice on them in Morrys too!

Kindof yeah i have always glossed first because i wallpaper more often than not and figured it doesn't matter if i get some on the wall, cos i'd be papering over it anyway!

But ex does it last, and i never understood it, he painted the bathroom but didn't gloss, saying he'd do it afterwards although he never did
