Spoke to the landlord and he still hasnt received the keys back! The previous tenant has promised him he will have them tomorrow but she still has stuff to clear out of the house! :mad:

The thing is though with the state of it he doesnt take deposits you pay the first months rent and the last months rent up front to avoid putting it into a deposit scheme he says his tenants seem to prefer it that way ~ i bet they do it means they can trash the place before they leave with no comeback on them :rolleyes: with the money they paid in the last 2 months which is effectively rent free

God knows what im going to do if i dont have the keys tomorrow there is no way im moving in there on monday morning not knowing whether it is clean or not :eek:

The worst thing is that her tenancy doesnt officially end until this Sunday so he cant force her to give the keys back or change the locks until then :mad:

This is illegal and even though it really won't help you in the short term, you could report it and he could get a huge fine, but unfortunately that doesn't get hte place cleaned! :rolleyes:

Well i've been home for 30 mins, but the wheetos came first lol.

And i just looked back at all the pics i missed from being at work.

My scan photo frame came today!! Buuuut, i've put it somewhere and now i can find it I forgot where i put it lol.

Will have a hunt in a second so i can open it

Is it aless??? I did question him about it and he said as long as he puts £0 in the deposit section of the tenancy he isnt breaking the law

Thanks for all the bowel information have to say it was one thing that had been on my mind.

I did make it back to the "marital bed" last night but lasted a couple of hours and was tossing and turning with things going on in my mind about my volunteer work so got up had some hot chocolate and read my book for a bit then went back to bed in the spare room. Got up with OH then went back to our bed. Am planning on some marital exercises tonight (IYKWIM;)) so will be sleeping in our bed. I read an article in a mag that says it takes on average 6 months till women are ready for some rumpy pumpy after giving birth so feel I ought to try and get as much as I can now:rotfl:

Just wanted to say that I think I have now sorted out BT landline for the man I helped - they said it should be up and running within 2 working days so fingers crossed (as they said that last week to me!). Might have to keep on volunteering until it is set up tho as want to make sure nothing goes wrong now.

Found my photoframe I put it in my bag lol.
