This is illegal and even though it really won't help you in the short term, you could report it and he could get a huge fine, but unfortunately that doesn't get hte place cleaned!

i was just thinking the same thing , he has to put a deposit into the scheme as it is a legal thing

Beenie - I was just thinking would joining the Credit Union be of any use to you with regards to purchasing stuff like pram etc? Mine is run by local council. I pay £5 a month into my savings and they let me have small loans against my savings based on my ability to pay back - not based on the ammount in my savings. so for example if i took a loan for £200 i would pay back 5 to my savings and say £15 to the loan per month. No credit check and you can pay in at post office if you like. Might be a help for stuff for the baby and your carpets?

EA - i ams suffering from bad heartburn too this last week is the worst ever , its unbearable at times , also my bubs HB is on the right side of belly button too , and kicks are on left and right hand side , he loves it in the bath when i cover my belly with the water he gives me a little kick , erm maybe its the opposite , hes not liking it ,

PP , that just seems weird no deposit ,,,, but if he takes the last months rent that is really classed as a deposit , i would wonder where you stand if anythong should go wrong with him classing as no deposit being paid , i have been in rented accomodation for last 9 years and moved 4 time s, and every landlord has had a deposit , its a security for me and the landlord.

Haha, i hate bathing my tummy sticks out of the water and gets cold :(

I try to have relaxing baths to encourage baby to have a little kick, but nothing. Maybe the baby finds it relaxing and falls asleep lol.

I might buy some gaviscon tablets to take during the day, as i would look weird carrying this gigantic bottle of gaviscon around with me lol x
