Yeah I did wonder that, if they want to get you in before xmas too!

You should send the form though as I've heard they get booked up. Mine are 9th and 16th December anyway.

Can someone enlighten me please

Looking for forms for antenatal - I remember having 2 forms, one for antenatal and one for something else, something to do with parenting classes? I can only find one - it says 'Preparation for Parenthood Classes' at the top, does that sound like antenatal or something else entirely?!

I'm eternally being told off at the hospital/Dr's, last 2 midwife appointments I was told off for not having sent off all these bl**dy forms, regularly told off at hospital for not bothering to see them more for this tumour I have - apparently should contact them at the slightest sign of a headache, personally, would much prefer to keep my ailments to myself so I don't end up stuck in hospital for ages

Ok so judging by your dates SJ I think it must be the 5.30 - 7.30 class at St James, so I must have the right form here?

Other small things to ask for if you want them - baby bath, cot mobile, v shaped / support pillow for BFing..... Can't think of anything else right now but if I do I'll let you know!

Ooh just noticed on the bottom of the form that they have a water birth evening first Wednesday of every month too, might see if I can get OH to come along to that too.

I swaddled Joseph every night until he was about six months! He loved it, it really calmed him. Thank you thank you to the midwife who suggested it at the hospital. I used a sheet erm borrowed from the hospital :embarasse:embarasse. I'll be using it again though....:o

Yeah they call it parentcraft now. Not sure what was wrong with ante-natal. Parentcraft sounds like mummy rehad or something to me!!

And yes, sounds like you have the right form! I think we asked for the Monday night ones but we got the Weds. Didn't actually matter in the end but don't knwo if that meant Mondays were already full or something?

Ok, form filled, I'm not bothered which night and OH isn't here to ask his preference so we'll get what we're given! Glad you reminded me, otherwise the form would've sat there for all eternity

Ooh cot mobile, hadn't thought about that for the gift list, would it be really rude if I specified an exact one to the gift giver? :rotfl:

Yes I was thinking of attending the waterbirth one but never made a note of when it was and sent the form off!! Do you have to book?

They have a HB evening too, and I'll be going to that. That's a week on Tuesday I think - I'm really looking forward to it. Or is Tuesday the physio one? Hmmm pg brain!!

Nope no need to book - it just says first Wednesday of every month 7.30 - 9pm, Bexley Wing then states in big letters No Booking. Their number is on here too, 0113 2065372 if you want to check anything The home birth evening is same details but on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.

Mums, Bumps & Tums - I think with physio, is on a Tuesday, doesn't give any more info than that though?

Your organisation is making me nervous, eek, why haven't I sorted any of these things out!
