My OH wants to go to our 1st appointment which is 2wks today, I think he would feel left out, upset if I said no to him being there
My OH was at my booking in, which was handy as mw asked some stuff about his family history. Even though i already quizzed his mum and had it wrote down ready to tell the mw :rotfl:0 -
32b - enormous hugs to you and your family. Words fail me to say anything else.
Tell me I am being paranoid - I've had absolutely no movement this morning at all (am 32+4 today) even with prodding (my poor son!). I know everyone is different so I am not asking if this is normal but do any of you record movement and if so how? I think I might start doing this as I don't know if this is normal for me or not, I think it might be but my head is mainly mush at the moment. I feel like I have no-one to talk to about it - I don't want to worry DP anymore, I've not been able to get hold of my mum since the scan on Thursday, my IL's are being mega overprotective so don't want to worry them, of my close friends, they all have their own things at the mo. I've got a midwife appt on Thursday so hoping I can get through until then without completely losing it.0 -
always, your little fella is running out of room so movements will be less from your stage, i'm almost certain you're being paranoid!
I'm a bit behind you and i'm starting to notice less frequent movements, but when she moves they're a lot stronger if you see what i mean.
Try having a nice bath and a cold drink and see if he wakes up!0 -
Always 1st big big hugs but if you have even the slightest worry the call your midwife as if not all your going to be doing between now and Thursday is worry !!! I know a few girls on here say about drinking coke etc, but the best thing to do is call the midwife I am sure everything is fine but just to put your mind at rest. Also I have learned that you cant take everthing on yourself and sometimes you need to say you need help. Your in laws and friends would want you to call them. We are here if you need us.Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j0

EA- this might be a stupid suggestion but have you asked your in-laws and dad to check their bathrooms as I find stuff falls out of pockets when you pull your trousers up and down (like to get changed or use the loo).
Kindof- I used to be a cashier at Lloyds when I was at uni and they will definitely yake any amount. We had one man who brought his coins in in a wheelbarrow!
YAY you are right lol I just saw this messge once I had got back from bank and you are right lol, she said there is no limit at all to how many bags I can pay in at once
Mermaid - CongratsOH wasnt at the booking in appointment cos he coudlnt get time off work, and he really didnt need to be, I was ther for nearly an hour and all we did was fill forms in, get loads of books (which I havent read oops) and take blood
Aww EA I should have asked lol, sorry, the sausage roll was nommy though lol
I hate Sweet and Sour as well lol so it works out well that I make curry and sweet and sour oin the same night lol
We too have the tiniest freezer, our fridge is dying lol so we are waiting till it dies lol and are going to buy an american style one, I know the freezer part on them isnt totally massive but its at least twice the size of the one we have lol
Yorky - Ive had cloudy urine too lol and it was ok
Awww I want that baby Meerkat
Stupid midwifer Nancmat!
LOL you are probs right SJ lol everyone and their granny saves £2 coins lol
EA - yes I did lol that was one of the questions I got asked as well lol I ws like !!!!!!, they asked if I was comfortable at home as well and if I ever felt in danger!! I mean !!!!!! lol I know they have to do it in case OH is violent or something? so I just replied saying I feel completely safe
Always _ I dont know cos I am not at that stage but if you are worried I would ring MWDebt £30,823.48/£44,856.56 ~ 06/02/21 - 31.28% Paid OffMortgage (01/04/09 - 01/07/39)

*hugs* always...I would start keeping a kick count right now so if you do notice anything funny, you can phone your MW straight away. Have you tried drinking/eating something really cold and sugary to get bubs moving? Mine seems to go crazy after ice cream, but others have said a full fat Coke is good too. If you don't feel anything in a few hrs, deffo deffo phone someone!!top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!
:xmassmile Mummy to Finn - 12/09; Micah - 08/12! :j0 -
Most probably just a urine infection - very common in pregnancy but they will want to treat it straight away.
thats funny the bit treat it straight away , i just been down there for them to tell me i can have a appointment in 3 weeks time :eek::eek: , told them im PG just had op , and noow this letter , they said not to worry do i want the appointment in 3weeks time , i said NO felt upset and just walked out .Dont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec0 -
Always Id give the midwife a call. Ive been in twice now with reduced movement and they were lovely, they said they would much rather see a woman a dozen times and its a false alarm than you sit worrying yourself and dont ring them or go in. Its worth it just to put your mind at rest.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0

nikkit that's unbelievable. Ring up and if they won't budge tell them you want to speak to the manager! They can't send u a letter and expect u to wait 3 weeks to find out what is wrong!!0
