I totally agree. Nobody would dream of making comments about a non-pregnant woman's size - and they wouldn't man-handle their bodies either like you get your bump touched.

Hugs to you fidget, as got to spend it said some people have the need to give your thier opinion even if it's not wanted or needed :mad:

Agree with you aless apart from when i lost loads of weight and i had all sorts of comments from "Are you sure your eating" to " Your way to skinny need some meat on those bones" and these were coming from people i hardly know !!! Which was not nice seeing as I had no clue why i was lossing weight in the 1st place.

Does anyone else get a stitch after only walking a little way? I keep getting one in the same place, right by my right hip bone, at the egde of my bump. When it starts it gets really sore and I have to walk dead slow and rub it while I'm walking.

And DH says I'm starting to waddle! Cheers for that babe!

just got back from matalan , only a couple bits in the baby section at our store, lots jogging / yoga bottoms £3 each , pj's / night shirts £2.50 - £ 5 , t shirts £3 , so not to bad,
hopefully csh u r in hospital and on ur way to holding baby

Sarah J - I used to get that stitch like pain id have to stop running/walking then start again it does stop I think its all your muscles/pelvis moving and uterus growing.. wait until your 37/28 weeks feels like bump will fall out ha ha x

Well Matalan was successful for bedding, got 2 new sets and 3 fitted sheets, all 100% cotton, plus a Hannah Montana jigsaw for my little sis for just shy of £30 Really chuffed, as we've been rotating one set of bedding for the last few months since we got a new bed in a bigger size, and I've been waiting for some decent stuff to come in the sales so I could buy

Ooh M&S sales have some cute baby bits, esp if you know the flavour...I'm half tempted to buy some boy bits but s*ds law would mean I end up with a little lady despite being 99% sure it's a boy!!

I'm in a bit of a strop - come home to a letter from Tesco rejecting my request for a credit card, despite my credit history being squeaky clean, or at least it always has been, just sent off for an Experian report in case there's something dodgy on there I don't know about On the bright side, had mine & OH's tax discs back with private reg's off so I can now send them off for a rebate & I've got all the mortgage paperwork through to have a fiddle around with I'm so tragic!

ha ha Its gross I walk then stop... less than two weeks at work now though thank god im sat down most of the day, and two weeks thurs until DD.. its gone very very quick, and I can honestly say there isnt really much I've enjoyed about being preggs.. apart from the fact I'm hopefully growing a lovely baby inside me

That's a shame you've not enjoyed it nanc - not long left at all though and once your beautiful baby is in your arms I'm sure all the problems will be soon forgotten! (I know it's cheesy but I bet it's true )
