I feel like I'm being nipped from the inside out - it's really painful and have had it on and off for about a week...is this normal?! It's around the bottom of my stomach either to the right or left but never the middle...not sure whether to trouble the doctors?

Gymfiend - our surname starts with a W as well so we were joking about trying to spell funny things with initials but never seriously :D
I've not felt anything like you are describing. Probably worth a call to your MW team.

Does anyone else feel like their baby is trying to get up the outside of their ribs? Last night Jr seemed to be trying to squeeze through just in the space between my boobs! BIG OUCH!!!

Oooh i hadn't really thought about this too much, but just to revert back to my earlier post when i said i bought a breast pump from the car boot £3.

So i wanted to pose a question to you all, be brutally honest....

Would you use a 2nd hand breast pump?

Have seen conflicting, yet strong opinions elsewhere on the web, so just curious :D

Yes - I have one but I will be sterilising it before using it. Although it has been passed on to me by my friend so I suppose I do know where it has come from.

    Morning :D

Thanks for all the compliments hehe. :D

Gymfiend - OH surname starts with V and we were trying to think of names without them sounding bad. For Example "Harry Issac Valentine = HIV"

And i did like Xavier for a boys name but i XV is a roman numeral lol.

I love the pic of Holly! She looks so relaxed :D to cute!

Its mine and OH's year anniversery today, he's currently playing his new batman game i got him. I managed to convince him i didn't buy it and Tesco had sold out lol. I also got him some pants with smiley faces on, so i could wrap the game in them to hide it was a game (he's a present feeler)
And a new scarf as he lost his old one, he's wearing the new one now lol. And a galaxy caramel from the baby, as its his favourite chocolate :D

I got 2 cards haha (with 97p in haha). He's giving me £50 to buy some maternity clothes and some pampering things with today as i didn't really want anything else :D

Ooooh, i found the baby's heartbeat last night on my doppler, nice and loud. I kept trying to make OH come and listen but when he did it went away lol.
I tried to record it onto my laptop this morning, but it didn't record very loudly so i have to have the speakers on 100% to hear it lol.
I might sell my doppler and hire a hospital one for a month, one that tels you the heartrate :D

Had a message on my answerphone from the community midwife today, offering me a booking-in appointment on Tuesday 20th - will be almost 10 weeks then so am quite pleased with that.

Feels really wintery round here today, was pouring with rain most of the day and was dark until about 10am!! So much for the tropical south coast :rotfl:

    YAY for MW appointment :)

And yes its very wintry here lol

Aww Gemma thats so funny, all OH did was whine all of last night, and in the end I snapped I was like for gods sake whats the matter "Im not well" in the winey voice lol I've sent him off to work today lol he was just off sick for a week with a bad ear so really cant be off anymore

I got him some cold tablets from boots and some lockets so I am sure he will be fine lol

Yeah I love Nick :) and I love Warwick as well, I tried watching Miami but Horatio annoyed me lol, and although I love Gary Sinese I dont watch the New York one lol

Boogelly - I am pleased you liked your visit :) how do they decide who goes in a ward and who gets a private room?

SJ - I made some Leek and Potato soup last week as well it was nommy I am going to make vegtable soup in a min (I am off on flexi)
