I know there was a thread on it which was full of them but i can't find it, can anyone point me in the right direction cos i think i'm being dumb.

    Hello all,

Back from my hospital tour and just had a yummy tea so more than ready for bed now! The hospital seemed really nice amd calm, we went around the midwife led unit but couldnt see the pool as it was in use. Hopefully I'll get to use the unit and not have to go onto the ward, your OH is allowed to stay all night/day and you have an en-suite room but on the ward its bays of 4 and visiting hours. Really hoping I'll be in and out!

Gill Im in Manchester too, your not at St Marys are you?

Going to go back and catch up now, RLT has given belly monkey a wriggle fit!

Well I am stuffed over did it with the spag bol.
But i don't care will be hungry during the night anyway, lol

Beenie i would have a second hand bump (so long as OH didn't know, fuss pot) getting a second hand sterilizer from a mum at school but don't think it counts she never used it and it's still boxed.lol

Disaster here to my OH has the start of man flu too, i think they just milk it. We have M/S go to work housework look after kids etc and they suddenly cant lift their plate to the sink because they have the sniffles.

:eek:Imagine a man in labor, they'd have epidurals for the braxton hicks:rotfl:

I'm going to Trafford General for all pre-natal care but will have to go to Wythenshawe for the birth as they've taken that bit away from Trafford! Very annoying as we are just a 5 minute drive from Trafford and a motorway journey from Wythenshawe!

Its because I told him you cant leave the hospital without a car seat so even though neither of us drive we had to have one and his suggestion was to walk home!

Im off to bed, long day tomorrow as out for work at 6.15 then straight to hospital for a birth workshop class until 9pm. I'll be lucky to be back home by 9.30 so need all the sleep I can get tonight. Night all x
