Ooh, good luck for your scan today somnium! :D

I cant decide where to go for lunch. Its either frankie and bennys or nandos.

Nandos: Pros: Cost is £20 for 1 course meal for two, I like chicken, I love the dressing sauce, OH loves it there. CONS: Its only 1 meal, the chips aren't that nice, its not that romantic, and your in and out quickly.

Frankie and Bennys: PROS: The lunch menu is £20 for a 2 course meal for two, it has a new menu i want to try, i love italian, its more romantic, you get to sit in for a while to relax and eat. CONS: Food has to be cooked and takes a bit longer (though that could be a pro), OH always feels like he should tip them stupid amounts of money therefore making the cheapness of the meal invalid.

    Any opinions? hehe

EA Frankie and Bennies every time! No contest! I think if you become their friend on Facebook you can get a money off voucher. I'm away to look........

Your right EA- lunch excluded. F & B's still gets my vote tho!

yeah have found aqua natal on thursday 7-8 in my favourite pool although its a bit of a drive and depends on OH being home early enough. I cant see anything in the local pool but its a much bigger leisure centre so they should do it really but nothing on the timetable, I'll still ask on friday but at least there is one I'd be able to go to its just a bit further away. I'd feel so cheeky taking time off work for it, I only do 5 hours in the evening 3 days a week and a few hours on a sunday - if it was on an evening I worked I'd probably be able to swap my shifts for a different evening. Also I have to be really careful because I only just earn above the lower earnings limit for maternity pay purposes, I'm not sure if they use your contracted hours but more likely what you have actually done so trying not to take any time off at all.

  • Hi ladies sorry i havent been about for a while things have been manic here

Hope everyone is well i havent had a chance to read back through the pages of missed stuff yet there is sooooo many :rotfl:

13 days til i move house and the whole house is completly upside down, landlord then springs it on me at 8pm last night that he has someone coming to view the house at 2pm today  so i now need to try and get it all into some sort of order before then  Really not happy about it im in agony with my SPD very tempted to ring him and tell him he is gonna have to rearrange it

Both the girls have got colds now so DD1 is still off school  debating on whether to keep her off until we have moved  The new house is a lot closer to her school than this one is and it will cut out 2 hours of walking a day just for her to be there for 3 hours which is hard when im struggling to even get out of bed at the mo :rotfl: But my swine flu seems to have gone :j:T:j

Saw the midwife yesterday and they now seem to be even more confused over my dates than they originally were

I paid for an early scan which told me i was 6 weeks, then when i had my 12 week scan at 15ish weeks they decided that i was 13 weeks.
I said right from the start that didnt seem right but they said there was nothing they could do about it and would have to go by the scan date from the hospital

Anyway from the first scan i had i would be 28+4
From the first hopsital scan i had i would be 26+4

The second hospital scan they refused to redate it

My bump is measuring up to make me 30 weeks

So now im incredibly confused as is the midwife as they dont know what to do.

Have booked my 4d scan on friday and she said to ask them what they make it but dont tell them about the confusion so we get an unbiased opinion, she said she is more than happy to work from that date as long as i show her the report. However she did say if its the case that the hospital scan dates were wrong im going to have to go back for another scan at the hospital and get them to redo all the measurements by the correct dates

So now im incredibly confused :rotfl: and this pregnancy seems to be flying through coz my dates are constantly changing :rotfl:

But for now i need to go and blitz the girls bedroom and hoover upstairs before they turn up this afternoon if i can get back up again that is :o

Morning all! Thanks aless i'm not too bad and my hearing is returning gradually yay :T

Managing to ignore ex's many many texts which he's not used to cos i don't normally ignore for so long lol. So he knows i mean business, t0sser.

DS was puking all night, no idea why, so he's here with me watching cartoons with duvet on sofa, he seems okay now just saying he's got a headache. I told him at about 5am that he won't be going to school but he still insisted on getting up before 8 despite my many protests to stay in bed lol

So i don't think i'll bother getting dressed today, the weather is sooo awful and i've got the curtains shut and the lamp on cos it's so dark and miserable!
