OK but none in the house now, so tomorrow should be easier....sorry for being such a let down....
Not a let down at all. Would be a short thread if we all stopped drinking first time with no dramas
Work looms ahead into the distance. Still finish at 06:50

* stars for anyone else who's managed tonight
Hi Everyone
Ooooh :j:j:j thats one for me too !!
Had a little wobble tonight as I had to go to Tesco at 5.30.....its that time that is my `danger low willpower` moment...but I survived.
Strangely I found myself noticing that most people in the queues around me had cans or a wine bottle in their shopping. Thats a bit worrying is`nt it that so many people now drink at home after work?.
Well I`m not one of them....so my first AF day of October is now done!

I wish. Had 4 hours today and that was with a nature break half way through .0 -
I, too, heard bells in the supermarket this afternoon. Everyone else seemed to be off home with beer or wine for a nice evening. I find it's that lack of anticipation that gets to me most. Spent whole evening with OH drinking but I was determined to get October off to a good start.
AF1 please fay (and £3.33 saved).
Anyone know how many calories that would be saved for the bottle of Shiraz I didn't have?
Well done those also enjoying a gold star tonight, sleep well.0 -

:rotfl:I fancy some rice pud for breakfast now.
2nd day AF for me today.
I'm past the 4th AF day in a row hurdle so it only gets easier from here (allegedly.) I just have to repeat that to myself.
I have been remembering to take Milk Thistle daily but Eselt reminded me about the Kudzu tablets. I shall take them today too.
I hope everyone is alright this morning.:AHOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000
