October NOT off to a good un.... knew this was going to be a hard month :o:o

You said that last month (insert winking smiley, on phone and dunno how to do em!)

115k, felt the same, been deflated and empty all evening, fay said in a text that she felt half angry and I was feeling that too!

So, fay, 1 day for me please, bloomin hard work it was too. Would have saved £6.50 if I actually had the money to put in my piggy bank!

Off for vivid dreams and sleeplessness now, cheerio :)

Hands Jo a virtual £6.50 and a virtual piggie bank well done hunny

AS Jo says I am crankier than a cranky person (not Jimmy) who lives in Cranky town, with a cranky dog and cranky children, whos not had any sleep (ie cranky) and is sitting on a bed of very cranky nails - feeling hungry and WELL cranky

Blast this alcohol nonsense and its effects

    Otherwise I am OK

Tomorrow is another day....we are all here to support each other.........never since I first came on this thread, even tho I've not made any great changes to my drinking, has anyone ever made me feel a 'let down'. Do you best and take each day as it comes....
