Hardly , it's the stella and I've included the non alcoholic cans I buy too to disguise the fact I'm drinking the real stuff :o obviously if I'm not buying real stuff, I don't need the fake stuff so an extra saving to me made :money:

Mine would be £155 if I did £5 a day for 31 days.

If I was completely honest and did £10 a day 5 times a week it would be £200.:D

I do now think though that I am preferring this life of AFness. I feel in control, I feel positive and I feel happier with myself and can be nicer to everyone I meet. I also feel I have more choice in things - can go places by car and not be dictated to by drinking, so O dont need to plan taxis/trains back or worse, chosing not to go to places because I "wont enjoy it if I cant have a drink".
    It's freedom I suppose.

This is how I feel now as well, it is liberating to not have to be preoccupied by making sure the next drink is available, or worrying about dealing with situations without a drink. Someone - can't remember who, sorry - said a few pages back, like flicking a switch. Suddenly you see the whole alcohol thing from a different perspective.

I know it sounds silly but in the culture where I grew up (Scottish.....need I say more?) I always thought you had to drink to be a proper grown-up - it has taken me years to recognise that this weird assumption underlay a lot of my drinking.

Why you paying £6.50 ? For the non-alcoholic stuff too ?
Oh and if you are fidgety you can come and finish painting my front room ceiling...rewards include minstrels and frozen mars bars.
