    Evening All

AF for me tonight....no tea time trips to the supermarket to tempt me either!!

Quite enjoying sparking water ( 12p for 2 ltr bottle Tesco) & Roses Lime Cordial. So refreshing & completely takes away the wine craving.

Also got some milk thistle today....is there a best time to take it? morning or evening? The lady in the shop said evening as it gets to work on the liver overnight.....does this sound right? ...opinions anyone?

    Hello,

Feeling a bit rubbish must be cause really tired. Used my last tenner for food shopping also pretty easy on bells today. So Fay that is no 2 for me please.

BF is working this weekend so won't be able to see him. Going to catch up on stuff and take DD to the play ground if nice weather. Perhaps some black berry picking and even a crumble (if I can find the ingredients from the cupboards)

    Have good evening everyone.

I just usually take mine when I remember to.;) It seems like it would make sense to take it at night so your liver can process all the days toxins? *Tries to sound vaguely scientific.*:D

I took Kudzu today and actually haven't had any cravings since.:T I forgot that stuff actually does seem to work on me. I probably might need to buy some more soon.

One of my friends is feeling low tonight so I have been talking to her so that has meant a distraction too.

    Hope everyone is okay.:A

Hey all sorry am on the iPhone again ... Listen I can kinda understand the reasons why you might notbe too happy shifting digs .... When we get used to digs it's hard to accept change.... I hope you all feel able to be comfortable and settled soon .... We don't bite honest .... Unless you want us to lol

Hiya hunny! Nice to see you again :)

I don't think any of us have any probs with the diary board, quite a few have threads here, I don't but read everyone elses :D but some of us feel that it was the moment we turned to DFW and needed help with our spending and cutting back that we found that maybe buying alcohol was part of the problem. By it being on the diary board means that the new posters won't find it as easily.

    Hope you're well??

I've been told evening too, though to be honest, I take it whenever as I keep forgetting it otherwise :D

How's everyone tonight? Had serious bells, then had row with OH and bells were like I had the notre dame wrapped round me head and now he's gone out so normal service has resumed...phew...off to bed soon in case the cravings come back.

Speak to you all tomorrow xx

ETA: Sorry, Fay, that's 2 for me, and 13 quid please.

A thank you and good night :D
