Feeling better thanks HoneyB, I was just so frozen and couldn't get warm. My neck and shoulders are hurting still but at least I have warmed up. :D

Still feel sooo very tired though, took 3 sleeping tablets last night, I just can't seem to relax lately  (Just to clarify the Doctor said upto 3)

It never matters if I have alcohol or not, I always have trouble sleeping.

I am due to go back to the Doctors in 2 weeks to get my blood pressure checked.

I have put a stone in weight on  and it so needs to come off.

Bet you're glad you asked now ;)

Happy New Year mate and lets hope its a good one for us both?

I'm going with what it says on Shoe Gal's thread & that 2010 is the year of being fabulous ;)

I'm sorry about your sleeping tho, doll - I struggle a lot so I know it's hellish. Your body can't heal itself properly when you don't sleep, which will affect weight & blood pressure, sadly :(

Paws crossed for you, babe ;)

btw.i intend to go back to the gym tomorrow so the health kick will be starting

In the end we are 105 AF days short from the target but I don't think I have everybody's scores so that might be lot less.

    Hello Peeps

    Well it's just gone 9pm and I haven't touched a drop.

Normally I would be well oiled by now, it is quite hard though I must admit, but it's all in my head since I don't feel any urge to drink when I've got work the next day so it's just a habit I've got to get myself out of.

To make things worse there's half a bottle of voddie in the kitchen :(

I would like to declare 1 day AF please!!!! sm199.gif

Enjoyed Dr Who and Eastenders but feeling tired, so back to bed I go.

Tomorrow I need to do a list of what I have in my house (toiletries, food etc) and will have a look at the various challenges to see what I want to do. Also better check that my rent went out (in the process of switching bank accounts....)

    Night all

Kittie, sweets, I don't think I have you on my list - do you have a target or just one day at a time?

    And ignore the vodka!

Honeybear I am giving it up completely.

I really need to save the money and tbh I'm getting fed up of waking up the morning after a session and feeling rubbish until about 4pm the next day lol.

So zero amount allowed all year
