Morning
Bought 4 cans on Saturday. Had two each night. Not a lot. Have been feeling rather low this last week, snowballing negativity. No justification.
Still on 16/22, am running in to catch the 72 hour challenge wagon before it leaves
DC.

Morning,
AFD for me for yesterday. I'm up for the 72 hour challenge.
with the challenge !
Have a Good Day
ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Just said on the radio its alcohol awareness week.....
Oh we are very aware
Morning all
72 hour challenge underway! And (hopefully) we've all already done nearly 8 hours of it :T see how easy it is
only 64 hours to go
A joke to cheer us all up:
A married man left work early one Friday, but instead of going home, he
spent the weekend partying with the boys. When he finally returned home
on Sunday night, his wife really got on his case and stayed on it.
After a few of hours of swearing and screaming, his wife paused and
pointed at him and made him an offer.. 'How would you like it if you
didn't see me for a couple of days?'......
The husband couldn't believe his luck, so he looked up, smiled and said,
'That would suit me just fine!!'
Monday went by, and the man didn't see his wife.
Tuesday and Wednesday went by and he still didn't see her.
Come Thursday, the swelling went down a bit and he could see her a
little out of the corner of his left eye
:D:D

I'm finding it really hard to keep up with the thread. Don't have much of a chance to look in over weekends and this weekend you got through about 9 pages!!
Hope everyone is ok. Day one of the 72 hour challenge! I'm all up for it. Good luck everyone!
Think I may have to look at this living sober book on Amazon and see what thats all about.
