Sorry that I haven't managed to catch up with last 6 and a bit pages. Just came to say: Happy belated Yellow Monkey

Count me in for 72h AF and Fay please it is 16 for me today. Going to finish my tea (decaf) and go to bed as my head is hurting and only sleep will sort it out.

HI Everyone,

Just reading through the weekends pages, I hav'nt been on much this weekend. Time2GrowUp, as I am still on my 100 day challenge you can count me in on your 3 day give up. Fay I am on day 18/31 today and 33/100 of my challenge.

Not much to note, I read a comment by Glasgowgirl about whether or not we keep thinking about Not drinking as time goes by. I am a very new abstainer, but I already have days when I give it no thought, so I am sure as time goes by, I will no longer give it any room in my mind.

Hugs to all, and I hope we are all where we want to be tonight, and dam and blast those twins:mad::mad: who on earth is voting for them.

Keep up the good work fay, you are doing an excellent job:T:T

Budgie, great to hear from you. I think you're being really kind to those little ones. Perhaps you should have a quick word with their mum before giving Christmas presents.

Fedupski, you really are suffering. I'm sending you hugs and positive thoughts and hope that with our support you'll begin to feel better about yourself. Like fay said this isn't about you, it's just a cop out for him. It may not feel like it but I think you're coping really well, I'm amazed you haven't turned to drink big-time.

Now for our 72 hour challenge which starts in precisely 49 minutes time.
