I hope Frankie is ok.I agree the Samaritans are a great source to go to for help as I have had to use them in my life and they listened to what I had to say.I was in tears explaining things to them and they never judged me just helped me so much that I got well and I mailed them eventually to say thanks and that I would use them again and I would do.They keep what you say to them confidential too as I made sure before I started talking.I have depression.Frankie hope you rang them last night and if not do it now but please get in touch on here and let us know you are ok.

Frankie - if you ever need any advice - PM me - I have been through a very similar situation and can promise you that THINGS GET BETTER! You will get through this - I can honestly say that I never ever ever thought I would get through my sadness, purely because it was as it someone was putting heavy bricks on my shoulder and then jumbling my head up so I could not see anything clearly.

I honestly know that you will get better.

I hope that you post back on here - as people really DO CARE and can offer you lots of advice and support. Maybe you just haven't found the right people to talk to yet - that was my problem which was sorted pretty quickly once I knew that it was the problem and the problem wasn't me!

Don't expect too much from yourself at the moment - even make sure you eat......that's a good first step and you will be proud of every little step you take (even if it's just having a nice bath!)

I have contacted the help desk, They have spoken to Martin and they are going to see what they can do.

i agree with too the samariatn were amazong w everytime i have used them in the past .

Any word from the helpdesk? I sat days ago trying to find other profiles for her, but couldnt get enough personal info from her posts to work it all out so it was fruitless.

i genuinely hope she is so busy making plans to fix things, and spending time with her kids, that she hasn't had time to sign back on.

But, she has obviously been sent PMs - but her account might not be set up to email her to let her know she has PMs?

How do you contact the helpdesk or can the original person chase them again?

I keep looking on here hoping that she has posted or has been on line. Like you I hope that she is just busy. the person that contacted the help desk has only had one post and not sure how regularly she comes on here.

I am not sure how to contact them though.

I have pm'd the person that contact help desk as they were on line last night. I don't want to contact the Help Desk if the are already trying to do something.
