Ah ha. Why does that not surprise me? You seem happy to comment wildly, but when presented with a well constructed, factual post, it's too much hard work. You're not a member of Quidco's staff are you? :rotfl:0 -
geordieracer you say quidco have to wait for merchants right?
Well explaint this when i left quidco recently all cashback that was on tracked was paid to me so explain that one !!!!!!.
Actually i'll explain for you in simples way so even a 5 year old can understand (i am not calling you a 5 year old btw)
ok nice and easy now all repeat after me.
Quidco hold onto the cashback and pay it when they feel like it.
simples you see0 -
I see Browtoa been at it again deleting my Thread informing all member of Quidco that they are late by over 3 months filling the accounts at Company House. pointing out they will have to pay a fine of at least £ £ 750 which will be doubled to at least £ 1500.00. because the account last year was also filled late.
This is of interest to all Quidco members
Late filing of accounts leads to an automatic civil penalty. Failing to file accounts or the annual return on time, or not at all, is also a criminal offence.
Criminal Offence Needs To Be Highlighted to all Quidco members. ITS THE LAW.
If this Thread is remove Browntoa you are trying to cover up for Quidco and not let MSE members know the real truth
as pointed out tin the main Quidco thread on referrals I was not online at all yesterday so this is not trueEx forum ambassador

Hummm, from my experience that's like getting blood from a stone. I asked why a post I'd put on the other thread (someone was interested in Sheila's Wheels, I poined out they were part of the Esure group) was deleted. I got a response, and I quote, "Yes, your posts were deleted". Err, yeah, I know. Why? I'd love to know who responded to my complaint, but the world being as ignorant as it is, they failed to identify themselves.
So, reports to abuse? Lead balloons.0 -
Endinburghlass: Why would you report a post that imforms members of Quidco that Quidco accounts are late and thats a criminal offence.
Probably for the same reason my post in the other thread regarding where Quidco/Mayple Syrup Media Ltd's head office is was deleted.
Incidentally, for people who don't know, it's flat number 36a on the end of a row of terrace houses. Now, considering there's an alleged office in London (because we've yet to see proof of such a place... unless "office" and "dingy flat" are interchangable in Quidco's weird and wonderful vocabulary?) and their office in Sheffield, why would you register your head office as a personal flat in Dartford? That makes no sense from a business standpoint, because you run the risk of people Googling your registered office to find it's a flat in Dartford and wondering, "!!!!!!?".
And on the subject of Quidco's offices, I found out from my very friendly post lady at the village PO when I sent my Recorded Delivery letter to Quidco's Sheffield office, that it's actually shared with several other companies. Now, usually this would be a normal practice and I'd think no more of it, but looked at in conjunction with the registered address I'm getting images of a tiny livingroom-sized partitioned area, right next to the loo's at the end of an office floor populated with similar such one-man-bands. Since allmost all tickets, letters and posts on MSE are answered by one of four people, I'm willing to bet that there are only four people working at Quidco Towers (as ruthha put it) and some spotty oik "running" it from his studio flat in deepest, darkest Dartford. I would suspect that web design is not inhouse either. It's all just so... wrong. Nothing about Quidco's "business" adds up. It's feels like one of those things we used to do at school. You know, you have to make some cruddy jewellery, get into groups of five and then act like a business for a week. It almost always ended in selling some of the cruddy jewellery to your mates (whist buying some of their cruddy jewellery!) and being stuck with a boxfull of the stuff, making a loss and blaiming it on people's lack of taste. So now I have a mental image of Quidco staff running around wearing cruddy jewellery whist holding on to member's cashback in the hope of recouping some losses by way of accruing interest on said held monies. Whatever the truth may be, there's no getting away from the fact that something's not right at Quidco Towers and I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking it's all coming down to lack of interest in it's members.0 -
Well I have been waiting about 5/4 month for £110 CB from More Than. Whenever I email / ticket them for an update I keep getting literaaly the exact same response, like they have copied and pasted from their previous reply, cant even be bothered to type out another one !!! "WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE NETWORK, SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CASUED" !!!!!! kind of respone is that !!!!!!!0

Good work there Fenis , do you write for rhe " Sun " in your spare time. ??????
The Sun? The SUNThe thinking man's bog roll? I'm highly offended!
Now, had you asked if I write for the Times, that would have been a different matter!"WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE NETWORK, SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CASUED" !!!!!! kind of respone is that !!!!!!!
Quidco's standard one I'm afraid. The only other response you're likely to get is, "Ticket closed". That, or you may be (un?)lucky enough to get the member of staff who comes from a village currently missing it's idiot. Ask a question, "Can you please inform me as to when I might expect to receive my cashback?" for example get a response something along the lines of, "sorry dont understtand youre qestyon"
Quidco seem to hang on to the larger cashback amounts and let the smaller ones whizz through their system. So, on that basis, I imagine you'll get your £110 in, oh I don't know, second quarter of 2010 maybe? If Quidco are feeling generous. I honestly hope you don't have to wait much longer. What was the advertised timescale for payment? The Co-op was tracked to paid within three months, and it's finally gotten to paid after six months, so I would imagine you should take the advertised timescale and double it to get a rough idea of when you're likely to get the money.0 -
Fenis . So very very sorry the Sun , like your story makes me smile . The Times never makes me smile. I did not mention Page 3 oh la la
Such a nice day to day , In amercia they call it the "Fall " leaves coming off the tress etc. such a nice way of saying it.
Back home we have a word for people like quidco staff : Tricoteurs .
