We are being nice Ruthha YOU are the ones who are calling us trolls when we are only asking you a question which you cannot seem to answer.

3+3= 6. Your right it does but when you count forwards you will realise that you count it differently adn you were in fact wrong. We are not trolls for trying to point htis out to you , in fact we are trying to help you but in youor rage at what you think is 6 months is different to what is 6 months from your inception date.

ruthha, any joy with Quidco yet??

Or have they declined their request to have a meeting at your choice of venue??

FWIW, I would put my house on the latter.
If it does ever go ahead I would advise it to be witnessed for both parties in case of any disputes on this forum, surely that would make sense.
How about getting somone to video it and we could all see what went on, that would be a great insight...........unless Quidco have something to hide...........or indeed yourself. (lol).

Good luck anyway, hope Quidco don't renege on their offer to you.

    RUTHHA said :

"In the email i have spoken about the meeting with Quidco , Quidco have stated that they will not have the meeting at my solicitors office or want any form of legal people at the meeting"

think I mentioned some time ago that a meeting in a solicitors office would not be condusive to an open and frank discussion, a discussion where transparency and trust would be of the utmost importance, at the time it was even hinted that this was a ploy to by RUTHHA to AVOID having to meet Quidco.

I mean who in their right mind would not have talks at a neutral location? Obviously wanting a meet at a your solicitors office was going to be a bit of a non starter as pointed out. So there we have it (those of you that can read my posts...lol) Ruthha had "accepted" an offer to meet Quidco (yes they agreed at a location of her choice) but as was said at the time she chose to have it in HER solicitors office, with HER accountant on HER home territory.

Lets be fair, she didn't take up an offer to meet Quidco in THEIR offices and there was no mention of solicitors or accountants then and she still refused the meeting.

I knew she would wangle her way out of it, I knew she had no intention of a purposeful meeting, again ignoring questions and an ideal opportunity to set the record straight.

So how many people have you actually got money back for so far....and to be evenhanded, if Jules is reading this, how many people has Ruthha's actions against Quidco actually helped?

finally, have you mentioned taking your husband? after all most people on MSE know he's a solicitor and part of your legal team...if he's going as your husband and NOT a solicitor why not ask...

Personally I think it would be correct for "both sides" to be represented at any "meeting" and for minutes to be taken, makes sense to me to avoid any issues later.
To be fair it was Quidco's request to meet at ruthha's place of choice, so any avoidance to this request once accepted by ruthha would have to come from Quidco.
Ruthha obviously wants to ask serious questions, so why not be properly represented??
TBH, I believe Quidco has called ruthha's bluff and it has backfired, they fully underestimated her ability and are now frightened.
Maybe Martin could mediate - who knows??

Oh dear! Martin Lewis owns and runs MSE. Listen to last Fridays Radio 2 Jeremy Vine Show (around 1.15-1.30 pm) and hear Martin tell you himself.

If they like it or not i am trying to help other members get there cashback and will continue to do so .

............and that's the beauty of it, trying to help others.

While you are trying to fight for others, there are others who would rather fight you than try to help.

Good luck in your efforts, catch up soon.

could someone please ask Ruthha how many people she has (by her intervention) been able to get cashback owed to them, paid over by Quidco.

That might be a good indication of how well she's done in her campaign.

ruthha, Torby would like to know the above quoted. :D

Personally I couldn't give a stuff how many or how few people she's managed to help, at least she's trying to do something for others instead of having a pop at other members of MSE for doing what they think is right.
