I think it serves Sainsburys Insurance right. They get enough trade through the leaflets in all their stores, as well as their web site because their prices are low. So I can't see why they advertise on Quidco if they can't cope

In my experience Quidco is full of a mixture of large companies who are trying to dominate the market, companies who are too expensive in the first place so are conning people into thinking they are getting a bargain, and those who are struggling financially, and are using Quidco in a desperate bid to drum up more sales because they would otherwise go bust.

I just noticed this. How does it serve Sainsbury's right? As far as I can see the only people being hurt by this action is you and I. That is to say, those of us who took out a SF policy with the understanding that we'd get the money in three months.

just as apoint of interest . these daily clicks on Cashback sites How long does it take to do one click , from start to finish .

How long would it take to do say 450 from start to finish.

    Many thaks for your help

Ages!...450 clicks/day would be abuse of the system and lead to delayed payouts while they were checked and a whole lot of complaints.

http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=609037&page=169 ( 3379 for better paying and reliable sites, how long they take depends on how fast PC is and how fast individuals are. ;)

Quidco please note what your nearest competitors TCB and Cashback Kings offer in the way of daily clicks and please consider offering the same to your members. ( requests to Quidco for more daily clicks have been made in the past with no success, icon9.gif similar requests were made to TCB and CBK and they went out of there way to help their members despite no gain + more admin work for themselves :T)

    Hi Ruthha,

I do the clicks on Quidco and it usually takes about 20 mintues from doing the click to it showing tracking. Payment is usually during the following month and payment on the 1st (approx) the month after.

    For example:

10th October - Click completed and tracking
    November - Goes to Received
    1st December - Paid.

Good luck with Quidco and your meeting.

I have emailed MI5. CIA Interpol and the KGB NO REPLY
    1. The KGB doesn't exist any more - it's the FSB (Federal Security Bureau), and they won't give a flying fig about a Brit (and good on them, I say).
    2. I very much doubt that Interpol will be interested unless the UK police contact them through their liaison.
    3. MI5 is domestic security and counter-terrorism, I doubt they'd be able to help and I don't think they'll care unless the people you're referring have links to known criminals/terrorists.
    4. CIA won't care either, unless the perps are US citizens, and even then they'll need more evidence than just your word.

This will be why you haven't got a reply from these organisations.

Yes, sorry ruthha, I do admire your spirit, but Mothballs has a point. Writing to these people will get you nowhere fast. All I can see is some desk-jocky opening the e-mail/letter and thinking, "!!!!!! has this to do with MI5/Interpol/The Pope?" And putting it on here is really tantamount to a big streaming pile of troll food. Sorry mate. Feel free to PM those of us who're on your side, but think twice before posting it here eh? It's not casting you in the best light I'm afraid to say.

    Vive la revolution! :T

Right, back on topic. Something popped into my head whilst responding to poppy10 in the Quidco Feedback thread when she asked if Torby was part of Quidco. We know he's always said no, but what about being a shareholder? Anyway, a quick Google for "Quidco Shares" took me to a slightly different place than I was expecting; another forum! But it's an interesting read. Be aware that the data provided on this forum is an estimate and it's out of date by at least 18 months, but if you take the estimates as educated guesses and then assume that, in the intervening 18 months, Quidco have grown, this does make for some interesting speculation on how they run their business. I draw your attention specifically to "of the cash in bank" sentence in the first post.

better still, as Ruthha knows how to easily cut and paste, post the content of the PMs on here AND name and shame the sender.

Quidco Shares: sounds a good idea to me, exchange some of your cashback for shares, good investment, great to get in at this level before they increase their market share.
    I'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j
