Can you stop and start this as you like or is it a 12m contract?

All TalkMobile contract SIM-only deals are 30 days notice.
    100 mins/100 texts/100MB data/free voicemail isn't bad for £5.

I hadn't seen this one, I was looking for the cheapest Sim only deal. For the moment GiffGaff seems to slightly beat it with their reduced Goodybags for £5 - 100 mins and unlimited txts and some internet (not sure how much as don't use it)

    o2 have a 12month sim only until 16 September.

    £10/month 300mins & unlimited texts & free o2 - o2 calls OR some sort of web access.

Am assuming free voicemail, but not sure until I ask them tomorrow.

It'd be a chance to dump Virgin 200min/unlimited txts & poor reception & poorer customer service!

    Any thoughts, please?

  • I just rang 02 and said that giffgaff was giving 300 mins for £15 which i didnt get from 02, they happily added 150 mins per month to my existing payasyougo tariff and gave me 50min free for next 3 months as a thank you for staying with them, thanks martin it sure pays to ring disconnections dept

I have found the new Vectone Mobile free sim deal the best ever for me, I'm not a frequent mobile nut, but this pay as you go for a fiver is unbeatable it's launched on the back of T-Mobile you can request 2 sim cards keep your own number and it's totaly free vectone to vectone check it out vectonemobile the bundle they are offering before the end of July 2011 transfering your number to vectone gives you 3000 free texts that alone will last me forever.
Remember you seen it here first.

Sim-only normally means a contract. The cheapest rolling contracts are £1 p.m. from Talkmobile and Vectone.

You can do better with PAYG. The majority require just one chargeable call/text every 180 days.
  • Ask for this tariff when you register a 3 mobile payg sim by ringing 333 from the hand set.
Its the older one and is nolonger advertised on their website because it expires only each 3months. New tariffs expire after one month now. They will put you on this when you ring India on 333. But you must INSIST. on PAYG 09 tariff only. Or you will not join.
It gives free voice to voice on two 3 mobiles. 3 months credit and 600 texts online registered or 300 on the 444 on mobile with voucher. And a shed load of free internet data. Remember INSIST on only having PAYG 09 Tariff.....try it and see...I connected my last daughter only last week....£40 per child per year...honest try it and see...:j:j:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

I found the cheapest PAYG rate by using
    "mobilenetworkcomparison.co.uk"
they gave me the link for free SIMs from "iCard Mobile" & their site
FAQ confirm you can keep your number

The uk rates are 3p/min to landlines & 6p/min to mobiles
