It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Thought you were getting throws from your sister?:money:

Yeah but I didn't realise they're in Scarborough, so it'll be cheaper to buy cheap ones from primark than pay for the petrol to go over to pick them up. Although Primark didn't have quite what I wanted. They had something much better and more suitable, but it was a fiver more than I'd planned. It's still less than the petrol though, so I'm waiting a few days and if I still like it then I'll get it. I have asked her if I can look after some of her kitchen stuff while she's living in Skegness with no kitchen though, so I'll have to think about what I need. She's got a hand stick blender which I think'll be useful, and probably other stuff too.

Sister was a PITA in town, but I've only got another 6 days to put up with it.

When we were in Boots opticians I saw a really nice pair of glasses that were half price at £35. Then realised they'd be free with my NHS voucher. Then realised I'm 18 months overdue for an eye test. Then booked one.... Is impulsive still bad when it's free impulsive?!

Nah that's especially good impulsive! :T

Thanks. Yes, he contacted me last night to ask why I had deleted him from FB. I sent him an email explaining, which he replied to - that's when he told me that he slept with me because he was drunk, and if he had been thinking straight, he wouldn't have. :(

There was a lot of other stuff that he said too, his email wasn't nasty, and he tried to phrase everything as kindly as he could, but it doesn't change the fact that he has strung me along knowing that I really liked him.

Suddenly feel slightly sorry for his wife - seems that wasn't quite as clear cut as he makes out either, considering he had an affair.

Wow, what a w*nker! It doesn't matter if he tried to phrase it nicely, he should have just kept his mouth shut, if it's over then why hurt you even more.

I'm back. Couldn't face the blather today so just fed Nathan and went to the shop for milk then came home (there might be a Fry's turkish delight in my pocket - diet, what diet?:o)

Snaggles - hugs honey. I wish you could find one at least half as lovely and considerate as mine.
