    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    I'm back. Couldn't face the blather today so just fed Nathan and went to the shop for milk then came home (there might be a Fry's turkish delight in my pocket - diet, what diet?:confused::o)
