  • Well done Sally - my size 10s are a bit (!!!) snug again-need to get motivated before I unleash myself on the pool in Bangkok next month!

Morning, managed to get out of bed and get me and the kids dressed and Ryan to school on time, but think that could be about my lot for the day. I had an hours sleep last night, and an hour the night before, plus I can't eat because my throat just closes up leaving me gasping in pain, and my head is pounding.

Sorry - tell me again that men aren't wasters.

....but thereare a lot who are wa**ers...

After reading lots of the posts over the last few weeks on here about man troubles I consider myself very lucky to have a hard working, lovely, cuddly, considerate hubby.
Didn't want to let go of him and let him out of bed this morning :(

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Hugs for you Snags...think you need to have some time out from men and just enjoy you and the kids. Its hard when you want to have a good cry and the kids see you...I have many a times tried to hide it from Bea!

Wish I could Linda but I've got Natasha here with me, and she has already caught me crying once and said 'What matter Mummy', so I need to pull myself together for her sake.

Tuck her up with you, have a cuddly morning and read some stories together. :T

Pepe, sorry hun, present company excepted. Actually, I haven't turned into a bitter, man-hating cynic, I won't let him do that to me, but might just be a little bit bitter for the next few days.

As I said on FB, with Shrek I KNEW I had fallen for a ba$tard, but I honestly thought Will was different. He seemed so nice and so completely genuine.

    I would be a bitter man-hating cynic if I was a woman:confused:
...but its not really our fault, it just is that way. Forget all the feminist carp...we are different ( except Caster Semenya )
