Very often we will put homemade chips with it and have with pickles and such cold beef like that is really nice. You can also add baked beans as an extra if you want to bulk it out more.Cat, Dogs and the Horses are our fag and beer money

I generally make a stir fry as it uses so little meat. If the family are getting fed up of beef two days running, then definitely freeze it.0

Hello - not sure if it is appropriate to post this here so please feel free to move
Did a roast beef yesterday. Granted the beef wasn't the best quality available, but cooked it as instructed. We're a house of eat almost anything - ers but this was tough beyond words. I've still got the majority of a nice size joint left, and I really don't want to bin it!!
Does anyone have any ideas on how i can rescue my meat and make it at least semi edible again?
Thanks :j0 -
cottage pie - mincing it down and adding to a sauce should make it ediblePeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
