    Relatively new to this, but...

    microfibre clothes (loads)
    Stardrops

    Great stuff!

Have resisted the slow cooker and breadmaker, as I have enough gadgets lying around which were used once or twice then forgotten about!!!

LOL... I KNOW it's clearly a typo, but I am sat here giggling at the thought of microfibre clothes!!!

DO you just twirl around the kitchen, dusting as you walk??!!!

Bread maker - and I'm pleased to say I haven't bought a single loaf since I got it back in December.
White vinegar - though I still haven't found anywhere I can get big containers of it, just smallish bottles in Budgen.
Already had a slow cooker, but OS has inspired me to use it much more often.
    Thanks guys!

stardrops but that's only because I've had the builders in recently and for some jobs vinegar, washing soda et all just isn't enough! :rotfl: Why don't more modern products contain anything to stop curious toddlers drinking the whole bottle? Thanks for the tip!

I'm still very new here & already own (built up over years)

    slowcooker
    breadmaker
    silicon bakeware
    sewing machine
cloth nappies and eco san pro
    £5 stick blender
make my own cleaning products so white vinegar bicarb et all

I want but don't actually need iykwim a kenwood chef 900 series.

Looks like I've found a bunch of really like minded people here which is great cos most of my mates think I'm mad:rotfl:

I sometimes think I've got a cheek really. :rotfl: I've got loads of gadgets but the only thing I can 'cook' well is salad. :D

I pop in here from time to time and you lot inspire me, so I think 'I can do that' and off I go to get a breadmaker or slow cooker or whatever. I hate cooking though....so the gadgets tend to sit forlornly on the worktop. I've spent a small fortune because of all of you! :rotfl:

The only thing I really use is my pressure cooker.

P.S. Bet you lot can't frame out a door though. Maybe we should do a thread on power tools....I've got loads of those. :D

    P.P.S. I am actually female....and no...I'm not butch. :rotfl:

I already had a BM & never buy bread but for some reason had never thought about making pizza bases, ciabatta, naan etc. I now always make my own.
I've now bought a SC & use it at least once a week, usually twice.
I buy washing soda to extend 'own brand' washing powder, use vinegar & water, microfibre cloths & saddle soap.
If I need a new item of clothing I always check the charity shops first & have started to think twice before I buy anything new.
I almost never buy full price meat or fish, I check the 'yellow stickers' & stockpile things in the freezer. I'm waiting for delivery of a second freezer - second hand & free - so I can stock more bargains & do more bulk cooking.
I've also become an on line chatter & I'd never done that before either but you meet such a nice class of people on here.;)
    I LOVE this site.

I already had a slow cooker and yogurt maker before I discovered this board.I have owned a bread maker, but gave it away as I couldn't stand the hole! and I discovered how to hand bake faster and in greater quantity.

I have been inspired to buy a large bucket of bicarb and similarly large container of white vinegar from Wing Yip since joining this board -oh, and microfibre cloths(they are fab).

Slow cooker - now I can finally make stew that tastes like my Mum used to make! The pressure cooker just doesn't bring out the flavour so well.

Decent food processor - the old one wasn't very good and then started leaking, but at least the new one gets used!

    Microfibre cloths

    Vinegar.

Have thought of getting a BM, but I don't think we eat enough bread to get good use out of one.

    Errr....

    Large slowcooker (was a bargain)
small slowcooker (was a better bargain)
Breadmaker (Panny 253 - jury still out)
    Stick blender
    Microfibre cloths
    Vinegar
    Bicarb
    Soda Crystals
    Muffin Tins
    Stardrops
    Starclens
Seeds for sprouting (In a jar)

Mostly all bought with the proceeds of my pin money savings :o

And I wanna Jade plant, but waiting to treat myself at one of the flower shows this summer.

The list of what I have stopped buying is much longer :D
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D

Breadmaker - The Panasonic. Use it every day.
Vinegar - Use it every day.
Composter - working on loving it. (There are flies.)

    Thinking of a yoghurt maker.
May all your dots fall silently to the ground.
