We get through 20 plus pints of milk a week. Mainly my DS3 (15) who drinks pints in one sitting. No way will he have weak bones when he is older! Milk is a good source of nutrients so why are you worried about your intake?I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Is all the milk you use for drinking? If I'm low on fresh milk, I use dried for making into cheese sauce, bechamel, etc
There's a thread here on milk economics and another on reducing spend on milk.
I'll add this to the second link later:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -

Move to black coffee and tea, lower calorie and no need to buy milk. You soon get used to it too!0
