I'm just taking a break from the bleepy dvd tower - got a headrush standing up, so got my lunch. And while it was cooking, the cordless screwdriver died (its recharging, thats okay). How did people manage before this stuff :rotfl: trouble is, I *know* how they/we managed - half the screws were hanging out :rotfl:

    People used these:

Its all true! Sawdust, firewood and easing arthritis - and you know, even tho I've always been slim, I've never had particularly strong arm muscles :) I love my cordless screwdriver :) the dvd tower is still horizontal, and I went out for a 10m walk when the rain finally stopped, then thought, I committed to chopping back some rhodenddron - so I did! Not all of it has made it into a rubbish bag, but I'm happy. Lolling about now, thats itfor today.

Morning! Yep, I think I'll manage to sort the dvd tower today, aksherlly - I took it bit by bit because I *know* that otherwise I end up having to undo stuff, as well as getting tired easily, so its not quite as bad as it sounds. And ... and.... I can't think, I need breakfast first! Back later :)

  • Morning! Good luck with the DVD tower today - I like my electric screwdriver too as I find it hard to push hard enough with a normal one - wimpy arms! :D

Morning! Yep, dvd tower is nearly done - I'd put about 25% of the shelf supports in the wrong place :o had to re-do, but all redone now :j just got to put the last two reinforcing brackets at the top then lift it into place and slide the other six shelves in, and hey presto.

But I must get washed and dressed finally - I've done emails, paid my visa card, but I actually have 3.5 hours paid work today  starting in half an hour  so I've got to get going.

    Have a good'un.
