    Hurrah for that voucher :T

Now......have you done the ventilator in the porch yet?

    Thanks and thanks :D

Done it! But I'll confess it now... I came on here an hour or so ago for a rootle around, saw this post, and shut the browser down quick before anyone could see my green light was on :o:o:o the dratted thing only took me five minutes too - for some reason, my brain has made it into one of those things I don't want to do - no idea why, as it didn't need much at all to make it look really different

Thank you for the well aimed boot, Hypno! You knew I needed it :D

I've given up on pigsback for the moment too.

Edit: Well had a look today after seeing your post. It's not too bad if you go there occasionally as the click thru's aren't as often, so a few to do if you've not been there for a while, also using the site occasionally for click thru's keeps any points balance active, otherwise inactive accounts lose all points after a while.

Thanks se - I've been going there every day to do the quizzes - I won one once, which is why, but never a sniff these days  I'm not going back now even for the click throughs, I hope - I can use that time, even that time! in more productive ways- I mean, that was 1950 points for that voucher - I've just divided that by 5 - thats 390 five-point clicks! Even assuming we continue to get 3 clicks a week and the ratios stay the same, thats ..... well, life is too short. Two and a half years for one cinema voucher? They're having a life.

Actually, the only reason I might continue is the reason I click at thehungersite.com - to donate to charity, since I can give so little money these days. That would feel okay.

You've got me thinking - anything to avoid more housework! :rotfl::rotfl:

Hi Fay! Are you glad to be home? Haven'tseen your thread live, so I'm guessing you went straight to bed after a mooch around ..... I've got a really, really slow start this morning, I feel so exhausted, and so low from it - this last week was supposed to be aholiday, but it wasn't really. And constantly facing the truth about likely income and prospects is never good at the moment. Still, keeping on keeping on, and all that.

Lovely afternoon out yesterday for me, v useful checking things out in HH with some fellow mse-ers, who were kindly giving me much needed feedback as well. I keep forgetting that in a little while I could well be debt free (in this country at least!) it would be Very Nice :)

Glad you had a good afternoon yesterday, and that you have some people to help give you feedback without the rose tinted specs!

You are right, though, simply facing things and dealing with the alternatives can be absolutely exhausting - even if you are not physically working, the emotional and mental energy that is spent can be significant, and often under-estimated.

Make the most of the sunshine today and relax!

Yep, rose tinted specs can be a hindrance! It was so interesting to do it in a car, too, seeing one area after the other in quick succession.

And now......... I've finally won something at take a break! But my real balance is below the £10 withdrawal limit still. Off to find out if I can deposit and withdraw instantly there, like we used to do in the "good old (not so good) days.

    Hey hello

Glad you got out and about and got some good advice (excuse my bad english!)

I'm very guilty of putting things off.

Glad to hear that you'll be debt free soon :)

Its wierd to be back, no family here, all back on Thurs - so I must get myself into a good headspace and plod along with chores that I can't do when the kids are about (ie clean out toys in attic) look through lego etc and see what I can think about sorting out for selling..................
